airport. you the 280 through downtown will be very slow. let's go back to the death. struck a san jose high school teacher facing charges accused of sexually assaulting a teenage student inside of of classroom. alyssa harrington is at the painter high school where the assault reportedly took place. >> reporter: good morning. a pretty disturbing allegations. wants other staff members found out, they called police and the teacher was taken into custody yesterday. actually showed up to school at the painter high school. 37-year-old ricardo was arrested. police were called to the school on blossom hill road in san jose. he faces multiple felony account. police say based on the investigation they found her multiple sexual assault happened between november and december of last year and the victim was 17. the man was a spanish teacher at the pioneer high school.

new this morning, phoenix police have arrested a nurse for allegedly sexually assaulting an incapacitated woman who gave birth. police announced the arrest of this morning. nathan sutherland on one count of sexual assault and one count of a vulnerable adult abuse. sutherland worked in a long- term healthcare facility in phoenix where the woman lived. the 29 old woman had been
