airport. you the 280 through downtown will be very slow. let's go back to the death. struck a san jose high school teacher facing charges accused of sexually assaulting a teenage student inside of of classroom. alyssa harrington is at the painter high school where the assault reportedly took place. >> reporter: good morning. a pretty disturbing allegations. wants other staff members found out, they called police and the teacher was taken into custody yesterday. actually showed up to school at the painter high school. 37-year-old ricardo was arrested. police were called to the school on blossom hill road in san jose. he faces multiple felony account. police say based on the investigation they found her multiple sexual assault happened between november and december of last year and the victim was 17. the man was a spanish teacher at the pioneer high school.

in the meantime, a san jose high school teacher is in jail. arrested and accused of inappropriate sexual conduct with a student. 37-year-old ricardo san jose was arrested a pine or high school or he was teaching that spanish. the alleged victim is a 17-year- old female student. investigators say the alleged sexual conduct happened last year and november and december. a spokeswoman for the san jose unified school district said the teacher will not be rehired in any capacity. parents, students and supporters of the academy will hold a rally tried to keep the academy off of the oakland school district list of school the closing during cost-cutting measures for the rally will begin the emma theater at 4:40 this afternoon and a 5 come a there will be in march to the elementary school where the school board is discussing the closure of roots academy.
