east bay community. but right now, let's get right back to the headlines with casio. and we'll move straight to san jose, where three people suspected of being involved in the kidnapping of a three month old boy are under arrest. the baby is now at home safe with family. ktvu magus live and saturday police headquarters to bring us the latest on this evolving investigation, emma money garcia we are expecting to hear from san jose police later this morning. we're also expecting the district attorney's office to determine today the charges for the three suspects involved yesterday. san jose police arrested the man seen on this surveillance video taking the baby from his home in san jose, along with a woman. who was with the baby's grandmother. they also arrested a third person. police have declined to release their identities, but did say this we know that there is some connection to the family, but we don't know exactly what that connection is, and that's something that will be determined during the course of the investigation. the california highway patrol shared

making changes to encourage water conservation. mike mibach is in our studio. and mike, you have new information. good morning to you, dave. yeah, we're talking about the east bay municipal utility district or east bay maori does provide water to nearly 1.5 million customers in parts of alameda and contra costa counties. so the district has spent years encouraging water conservation, and now it's ramping up even more. the utilities. reservoirs are at 71% of capacity as we do in closer to the summer season, and as we do get closer to summer, district officials say now is the best time to make the changes, the district says. it has elevated. it's drought response to stage two. this means there is now a 10% mandatory reduction in water use. customers can only water outside three days a week, and if you do water, more penalties will be imposed. not only is 2022 looking this way, but the expectation based on what's happening around the state is that 2023 will also see very limited supplemental supply. the

home in san jose ktvu sm, aghast live outside police headquarters for us this morning with the latest on the investigation, emma good morning. good morning . we are expecting to hear an update from san jose police later this morning. we're also expecting the district attorney's office to determine today that charges that the three suspects now face ktvu obtained new video this morning showing the man who is now in custody carrying the baby away from the child's home, walking down the street in broad daylight just before one o'clock. monday afternoon. police arrested the man yesterday. a previous video from police showed him with an empty carrier approaching the house. they also arrested a woman who police say was with the baby's grandmother, and they arrested a third person. police have declined to release their identities, but said this we know that there is some connection to the family, but we don't know exactly what that connection is, and that's something that will be determined during the course of the investigation. the california highway patrol shared a photo of this gray nissan van
