9:18 am
marinate it in advance with fish. i think it's what kind of salmon do you prefer? well we use a ecologically farmed salmon , but wild salmon is always preferable. it's better for the environment. and then careful seasoning, salt and pepper. okay so, um. what we do is then you want to really, really, really hot grill, and then you're going to put these down on the grill. and i'm gonna give it a little more salt and pepper. oops okay and a little salt. okay and then you just cover it up. i already started these just a few minutes ago, thinks about four or five minutes. that's it really cutting it up? i think they cook a little quicker. quicker. so here another another trick is don't move them around. they need time to cook and the sear marks need time to form and there's this moment where releases and then it becomes much easier to pull off the grill. so i'm going to try doing it. this is the moment of truth, right? i think i needed a little

bit more time. but here, let's just show you oh, there you go. okay so here we go. look, this one came right off. that's beautiful, so it's hard to get that and by the way, where's your cocktail? i've never done a second. no i'm a bad person. i'm sorry. so here look, so then i'm just going to quickly show you how to make this salsa. we've got one minute left. i can do that in one minute. you can come on mango avocado. jalapeno. red onion, red onion, and then you just give it some lime juice and salt and pepper and you can put in some optional cilantro. if you like cilantro. i love salon . well then you can do that. so here's some lime juice. got it. let's do another half. and then i like the salt to i always forget little salted. honestly that is such a critical thing so just to review cut them into individual pieces. nice hot grill, careful seasoning and don't mess around with it. you know what i mean? like, can we give it a little? let's do a little here. okay, so here, then
9:20 am
you just mix this up, and then it's all ready to go. and then here, i'm going to give you one of these to taste. all right. okay still afford, okay? we'll put it down here. give it a go. looks great. i'm gonna chase one, too, because then i'll know if it's delicious or not. and so you can do this with any kind of sauce. we do a sauce with, like black olives, capers show. good lemon, love this. i gotta i gotta get that recipe down. mm. very, very good. yeah no burgers . no hot dogs do the salmon. how do you recommend it? simple and if we want to find you? where do we find you? my friend hugh groman group on instagram. your that's the most fun. that's the most fun. you can see all this right on that instagram page. lot of great pictures there as well. you you're the man. happy memorial that you all right? rosemary will send it down to you now to gorgeous day is really pretty out there. i can see it's a little breezy. and
