prison. a girl he was babysitting came forward... after blake touched her. this is something i've never told anybody. when i did get arrested for that, that same night i went and i was completely honest to random strangers, but i lied and tried to hide, i guess it was shame or you know just, it's horrible, i did something so horrible for such a long time and then i couldn't even tell the people that i loved. that complete honesty was him telling detectives about every single time he touched the girl... and another... his little step sister. i was introduced to his daughter, beverly, who was 4 at the time and i was a happened immediately. john pacult is a licensed clinical social worker.. and was appointed to do a psycho sexual evaluation on blake immediately after his arrest. jp: we don't really want to consider them a sex offender. that's not a sex offender. that's a child that's been exposed to knowledge or information that they don't know how to process or deal with and then they're acting on it. and like all too many of these kids... that's exactly what blake was doing. she would take us up there and do things with us, you know what i mean? as a kid you don't

sexual offense... and ccsd's education service division lets the specific school's administration know. if the student's victim goes to that same school, the student offender is moved to another school. jp: this isn't going to be very popular to say but most don't reoffend.. and that's juvenile or adults. in fact... studies show the re- offending rate for juvenile sex offenders is just 3.5 percent... that's less than any other crime.. jp: we're dealing with kids as young as 8,9,10,11 think about, developmentally, where that child is. but still the consequences can stick for a lifetime. b: my stuff is on the internet. i have no skeletons. jp: these are kids just like your kids, they've made some poor choices, they're getting help, they're being supervised, they're in treatment, and most of these kids are gonna turn out just fine. b: i've completed treatment, i'm in family reunification, i'm doing a fox5 news interview that i never thought in a million years i'd be doing.

productive member of society, i have done everything i needed to do, i've fulfilled my debt to society, the next step for blake is actually reuniting with his step sister after all these years. a sex offender is not allowed to contact any of their victims... unless family reunification has been granted by a court... and that's the process he's in right now. the first step is getting evaluated... and blake actually had his evaluation today. as for his step sister... she's been through treatment as well and we're told is ready... and very excited to meet her brother again after all of these years. kathleen jacob fox5 news local las vegas>> blake says the message he wants to get out is awareness. if you notice something that isn't right, or you're experiencing something that isn't right, say something and reach out for help. police are looking for two suspects wanted in a string of robberies at local cell phone stores. these are really good pictures, take a look! police say the men enter the stores, posing as customers. once the sales person is distracted, they cut the security cables on phones and steal
