for the public's help to solve a homeless man's murder. they say they dont want this to become another cold case. the man was shot thursday morning at las vegas boulevard and owens. police say he was lying against a fence when he was shot. he later died at u-m-c. this is the second homicide involving a homeless person in that area within the last month. police say they don't have any leads in this particular case. call crime stoppers at 702- 385-55-55 if you have any information. you can remain anonymous on that tipline and could be eligible for a cash reward. the man behind one of the most well known songs of our generation has passed away.
