Good film for teaching first timers the basics of swimming. Frankly a lot of this came instinctively to me. Likewise, I've found that floating on my back is something I can do effortlessly indefinitely. I vary the finning stuff though. Too much work.
The only thing I'd add is that girls should not go swimming for the first couple days of menestration. They can get cramps.

A tad less exploitive then I wanted to be (I have very high standards for these types of films), three girls and their instructors, or by their names, Betsy, Bubbles and Betty and their instructor Bob (no really) go through basic fundamentals about how to swim. It's pretty elementary. Great underwater shots. Wonder where it was taken that the water was absolutely clear like that.
