Cadet, we have located a cavern system with a relatively high amount of energy crystals. Unfortunately, the cavern system is incredibly unstable, so landslides will be a common occurrence. As a result of some of the more severe cave-ins, the caves have been flooded, so you will need water and air vehicles in order to make progress!

Once you have established a small base, proceed with our mining operations and collect 70 energy crystals.
