It appears to be the original video used for the edited version in People's Exhibit 710. This video is part of The People v. Dorothea Montalvo Puente case files (Sacramento County Superior Court criminal case #18056).

This version of the video has been edited by the Center for Sacramento History to remove graphic imagery, however all audio has been retained.
