The Short-term Residential Occupancy (STRO) tiers explanation video provides an overview of each of the 4 STRO license tiers and examples of each.
The application period for all STRO license tiers will open at noon on Monday, October 3, 2022. The Tier 3 and Tier 4 application period will close on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 5 pm to allow time to facilitate the lottery. Tier 3 and Tier 4 hosts will be notified with the lottery results by Friday, December 16, 2022. The application period for Tier 1 and Tier 2 license will remain open indefinitely.
The link to apply for a STRO license will be available on the STRO website on October 3, 2022. Those citizens that have signed up to receive email updates from the STRO administration will also receive the link via email.
