Catch as catch can
Rather curious piece about how salmon are caught and canned. Spends more time with the romance of the salmon going upstream to breed than the canning process. The fishermen catch them, then they go off into the cannery, but this part is frustratingly lacking in details. C'mon! spill it! Maybe I should write to that great sounding government agency listed in the end for info? The Superindent of Documents, Government Printing Office!
