This section would be a place to put "other" appropriate Kimock material not billed as say Steve Kimock Band, KVHW, Zero, or Goodman Brothers Band, which all have dedicated sections in the archive.

Please note archiving change for SKB and SK&F uploads as of 2/6/2005:

To accomodate this band request, curators will try to make sure that fan uploads of "Steve Kimock Band" or "Steve Kimock and Friends" recordings are approved by Charlie before the items are made public for download.

10/29/03 update Special note on Goodman Brothers: Prior to now, items had been uploaded to Steve Kimock section with prefix (goodmanbrothers). Now, there is a newer section, Goodman Brothers. Please use prefix (gbb) and discontinue uploads of Goodman items to this SK section. The prior goodmanbrothers items will be moved to the new section in due course. Thanks! Admins

Bands that are covered here include Steve Kimock & Friends (skf), Steve Kimock solo (sk), Marijuana Jazz Band (mjb), Namedroppers (namedroppers), and special cases such as Steve Kimock & Jon Sikora (skjs), and Steve Kimock & Pete Sears (skps).

On November 13, 2002, Steve Kimock gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

Live Recording & Photography Policy

* STILL PHOTOGRAPHY is not permitted. Press and professional photographers can inquire about obtaining a photo pass by sending email to photo@kimock.com prior to the show.
* VIDEO taping is not permitted.
* AUDIENCE taping is permitted and encouraged from a designated taping section that will be venue-dependent.
* SOUNDBOARD and ONSTAGE taping is not permitted.

Guest performances by other artists will be governed by that artist's policy. When Kimock is performing at a festival or other event featuring multiple bands, that particular event's policies may override SKB's customary recording policies.
