On March 10, 2009 Charlie Miller granted permission for "Steve Kimock Crazy Engine"

It will have the same policy and website as the steve kimock band.

Please note archiving change for SKB and SK&F uploads as of 2/6/2005:

To accomodate this band request, curators will try to make sure that fan uploads of "Steve Kimock Band" or "Steve Kimock and Friends" recordings are approved by Charlie before the items are made public for download.

On November 13, 2002, Steve Kimock gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive. Update 2/2003: Please note, limit uploads to Audience tapes only, no SBDs:

Charlie Miller, an SKB archivist, had personal contact with the Kimocks and then reported:

> circulate SKB material, as long as no money is being

After 2/2003 dialogue between SKB archivist Arielle Phares and archive.org curators over types of material (SBD vs onstage AUD vs offstage AUD), Arielle said,

"Go ahead and make audience recordings available on archive.org from now on. Still no soundboard please :)"

12/5/03, Charlie reconfirmed, "The only thing that is not allowed on LMA is sbd's."

Live Recording & Photography Policy

* STILL PHOTOGRAPHY is not permitted. Press and professional photographers can inquire about obtaining a photo pass by sending email to photo@kimock.com prior to the show.
* VIDEO taping is not permitted.
* AUDIENCE taping is permitted and encouraged from a designated taping section that will be venue-dependent.
* SOUNDBOARD and ONSTAGE taping is not permitted.

Guest performances by other artists will be governed by that artist's policy. When Kimock is performing at a festival or other event featuring multiple bands, that particular event's policies may override SKB's customary recording policies.

Live recording and photography at Kimock concerts is authorized for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized sale is strictly forbidden. All Kimock performances are the exclusive property of Steve Kimock Productions. All rights reserved.
