Subject: I'd suggest you get rid of that hat..
Fun little film that suggests that government and your workplace are listening to you when you drop off your suggestions in the suggestion box. We see some "success stories' because of all these suggestions, most of these saved time, increased safety, and best of all, increased manpower. (like it takes one man instead of two). So what I wanna know, is what happens to the 2nd guy?
Finally, in regards to the tube sorting guy, did people actually work wearing dress vests and fedoras?

Subject: Tell me how to do my job please.
A film encouraging the use of suggestion boxes so that managers can use workers' ideas. That workers' ideas benefit the managers but not the workers is not mentioned. But it is WWII when we were all in the same boat, right? What with the war against fascism (communism... terrrorism)... so better do the right thing and tell your boss how to do what he is paid for.
