I wish I fully understood the story behind this movie, the burnt driver, a 'better tank' and crew and his trusting senior officer totally enveloped behing the one goal. I loved the whole 'idea'/ my own perception of the demon German tank being fought by the forces of the righteous, defeated but not quite..and I'm guessing the ending gives us some hindsight into the way the author's thoughts conspire on the tank and likewise on Germany. There's always an enemy waiting in the wings, always a battle to win...yeah, all complete guesswork, it's 3am and I just couldn't stop this film to watch later..this is the spirit of 'covid lockdown' , will we ever return to normal...lol..
