There was nothing wrong with my telecine projector system. It seems like the picture was all distorted up and so was the audio in sync. The film was all the way like this and there was no reel replacement.
Also, the color was tempted, but it wasn't too bad at all. Most film laboratories might have made little mistakes like that and they didn't expect to encounter damages to the reel.
Why would the Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers (SMPTE) reprint their leader with a different one out of existence as well as using the same one every time? Well, it doesn't matter to me...
I was going to recap this video as an example test to see if the quality was working properly on my projector, but I decided to share this since this is the first time I upload a recreated 16mm-filmprint logo video.
