Fun film which tries to dispel all those nasty rumors that motorcycle drivers are leather jacketed hoodlums. No! They're law-abiding citizens that follow all rules of the road! Plenty of hilarious tips on how you hog-riders can be respected.

The latest car models I see in this film appear to be from 1962-63. At 5:03 we see the seated lady reading a July 12, 1963 copy of Life magazine with Steve McQueen on the cover. So, that would be the earliest it could have been made. I'm just guessing, but from what I'm seeing overall 1963 is the most likely year it was produced.
