Subject: The name is Joe Schmo? YOU'RE IN!
Very Interesting film telling about voting procedures of the time period. Most interesting was the qualifications you had to have to vote, AKA they didn't seem to be any. All that you appeared to have needed was a name. The rest of the film tells you about the many different types of voting forms, how to vote, and how not to vote. Very interesting and relevant and this is highly recommended!
