only in middle school. nefertiti, you just got new information? >> yes, i just got off the phone with sources that are now confirming that that 1 1-year-old little girl was s forced to have sex after they allegedly blackmailed her. >> tonight, investigators are trying to determine exactly what happens here along the 6500 block of linmore. this, after the principal says call them with some disturbing allegations. two 13-year-old boys had sex with an 11-year-old girl yesterday and recorded it. we're told one of the boys involved taped it on his cell phone and posted the video on instagram. the children involved are all students at the school. the principal learned of the video when another student went up to him today and said it was

posted online. the principal then notified police of the investigation. all they can tell us is that the young girl is being interviewed. the incident occurred along linmore shortly after school. the two male students have been suspended pending further disciplinary action. >> detectives say they just got this case, so it's going to take them days, if not weeks, to sort all of this out. meantime, it would be up to the district attorney to file charges. >> the pilot of a small plane is recovering tonight after overshooting a runway here in burlington, county in lumberton around 9:00 tonight. authorities are investigating but tell us the pilot suffered only minor injuries. >> it's a cool thursday night at university city.

room. >> reporter: first, i should tell you there was no reaction of two counts of first-degree murder. but when his mother got on the stand, he hung his head, he tried to close his eyes, cover his eyes, when his mother started to cry. minutes after he was convicted of withdrew tally killing his 61-year-old grandmother and 10-month-old baby, his mother took the stand to defend him. she says he tried to kill himself by drinking kerosene at age 11. he was not the same when his father was killed in a terrorist attack at age 11. >> giving everything he's been through, he's not an evil person. the defendant has his mother to beg for his life. but that same opportunity was not given by the defendant. >> the jury found him guilty on all charges after he fired his

attorney and defended himself in court for almost two weeks. he tried to convince the jury two other men killed the infant and their grandmother in october, 2012. yesterday, a juror became incapacitated and had to be replaced during deliberations. the jury had to start over this morning, but, at the end of the day, concluded that demuri acted alone. the double murders, the result of a botched kidnapping ransom plot to paid for a gambling habit. the victim's family left the courtroom without talking. attorneys who did not get to defend jon will now try to save his life. >> he didn't help himself out going 180 degrees different than what i would have gone. >> now, prosecutors will argue for the death pepty. testimony continues tomorrow in the sentencing phase of this trial. lu an chan, nbc 10 news.

the audience. >> well, another cool start to the day tomorrow. and, through the afternoon, a chilly day for some areas not getting out of the 50s. we'll have clouds around and then some late-day showers, even night showers. these will go through the weekend with the rain lasting. the upper 40s for pottsown, millville coming in the mid to low 50s, upper 50s for dover and wilmington. but we still do have some cloud cover around, all streaming in from the west and we'll continue to see those increase in clouds as we even go into tomorrow. it's all going to be ahead of some rain. so if you look back off to our west, you see the rain and it's all moving in this direction. it won't be here until later in the day tomorrow. basically, this whole line of rain is separating the cool air to our north from the mild air

to our south. so this is what it looks like. the cool temperatures are not too far away from us. the 70s are just south of us, too. we're kind of stuck in the wedge in between. by tomorrow, some of the cooler air to our north will be moving in. that's why some areas may not get out of the 50s tomorrow. it's going to be a chilly day. future weather, now we see the clouds continuing to move in overnight, friday, 9:00 in the morning. the clouds are around but we're dry. and then through the afternoon and into the evening, now we're at 8:00 p.m. we start to see some rain moving in. some of this could be locally heavy and we'll see it continuing over night into saturday morning. the cloud starting off the weekend, too. we should start to see pretty good clearing, especially saturday night and even into sunday. sunday is at least the better day out of the week. so for the eagle's forecast, not until late sunday night, we'll
