bridge landed on a cat walk below. they were able to bring him to a waiting ambulance. his injuries are not life threatening. and police say someone shot and killed a man who was walking his dog. police are searching for clues. the man was found lying on the ground with his dog next to him in shock. investigate . and a hit-and-run driver, a nbc 10 viewer sent us this video. the police are saying the driver got in an accident and then hopped out of the dar and took off running. tonight allegations are flying after a video showing this police confrontation in burlington county. >> nbc 10 is live.

randy, this could be going to court. >> they will be filing suit tomorrow. the owner of this car dealership says they often go to new jersey to look for new vehicles. yesterday they found a new car and yesterday they were pulled over and the entire stop was caught on video. he says he was on his way to an auto auction dealing his dealership car with three of his colleagues and a police officer pulled them over. >> i'm asking you one more time to step out of the vehicle. >> or what? >> i reached into my pocket at the same time i asked why did you pull me over. he said he would have happily provided i.d. but first he wanted to know why he was stopped. he continues questioning the officer and it leads to this. >> why did you pull me over. >> i'm going to tell you why when you get out of the car, you're under arrest. >> he was pulled out of the car

and arrested. police later tell him the reason he was stopped was his dealership plates were unclear. but an attorney thinks the traffic stop and scuffle would have been racially motivated. >> why is that because you're one of four black men in the vehicle and the officer is white? >> they did not return our after hours kalcalls tonight, but i spoke with the police advisory commission and they say if you're pulled over you should cooperate and try to deescalate the situation. why not just cooperate and provide your i.d. and ask questions later. >> if i get later, i don't know if i will be the next mike brown or one of those people. >> the same member often told me that people have the right to ask why they were pulled over.

a woman was giving big thanks for her volunteer work. she has helped many people. the community members surprised her with with at the chapel of the good shepherd church. improving camden schools was the subject at meetings all week. nbc 10 was there as school o if i recalls met with participants students, and neighbors as part of the camden commitment mentment initiative. the court called it a matter of free speech but for others it is hate speech. keith jones explains. hate filled messages are an ever day site.

professionals are networking to end hunger. the goal of the event was to inspire new volunteers and funding for the hunger fighting organization. some philadelphia parents got a welcome surprise tonight. the children's scholarship fund of philadelphia awarding scholars to low income families. they called parents to deliver the good news. winners get a four-year scholarship with a tuition based elementary school of their choosing. well temperatures are dropping outside. today was ten degrees cooler than yesterday and tonight will be colder. a colder morning in store for the entire area. areas north and west will still be the coldest. so tomorrow morning around 7:00 we should hit those low temperatures. philadelphia upper 20s, suburbs

around 27. cold but sunny and dry start to your day tomorrow. we'll have clouds increasing tomorrow and it will all lead up to rain for part of your weekend. after that rein the temperatures stay fairly seasonable. 60 and rainy. sunday rooer right around average, but compared to saturday it will be a much better day. cooler windy, and drier. we're in the mid to low 30s. philadelphia already at 41 degrees, 32 in millville. by tomorrow morning you might notice it will be colder than it was this morning. then we're watching all of that moisture down to our south. all of that rain is moving in that direction. our friday will be on the dry side. we will be mostly sunny for part of the day. that is when we will have the clouds tomorrow afternoon. now mostly by around 3:00 p.m. or later, we'll see more clouds

moving and high temperatures should top out around the 50s. late friday night around 11:00 p.m. we should all be around freezing. some areas could be around 50s. rain continues through the day tapers off in the afternoon and some areas could be around 60 degrees by then. the big improvement comes on the second half of the weekend. your sunday will be the better day to get outside. on saturday you will have to plan around that rain and it will have to last for several hours. clear winds diminishing. tomorrow we will see sunshine for most of the day and see increasing clouds overnight. on saturday regardless of the mild temperatures it will stay rainy. by sunday we clear up, the
