he was released. he has now been rearrested and will be transferred to the police department. a man was relentless, grabbing on to a woman and refusing to let go this happened around 2:15 in the morning of sunday, august 2nd, and he follows the 24-year-old from mind, grabbing her, gagging her to the ground n front of an apartment building at 2508 west 132nd street near adam clayton boulevard, and you can see the man kicking and punching the woman, trying to steal her purse. the woman refusing to let go, but the suspect eventually gets her purse and iknown 5 and runs west to frederick douglas boulevard. the victim refused medical attention, but police are looking for the man in the surveillance video.

reunited after she went missing for a week. >> valerie castro has exclusive her. >> reporter: rosie emerged from her estate to say her daughter was found on the jersey shore. she didn't want to talk an come are a but said 7 days she's been gone, and she's very memberrally ill. i asked if she was found with friends, and rosie replied, no, she doesn't have any friends. she's really not well. she was reported missing to police on sunday, and on tuesday, rosie tweeted pictures of her daughter and her therapy dog bear. what she suffers from has not been made public, but rosie said chelsea stopped taking her medication, and she's in danger. >> i can't divulge any further information.

her daughter is accused of killing her. susan grossman-kerner wore a hospital gown yesterday on her way to course. they were arguing over her bipolar medication, and she has battled mental illness for years. the judge ordered her held without bail. a massive fire destroys a building on property owned by the new york state freeway authority. flames came from a maintenance yesterday shed last night. there's no word on the cause. three people are missing after several landslides in alaska. the missing people are believed to workers at a residential construction site, and problems with the stability have hampered the search. there were several landslides in a coastal town which was hit by rain. the governor will tour the area

janelle burrell is live in harlem with a shocking video. >> reporter: the confrontation was all caught on video tape you. can see the suspect follow the 24-year-old woman around 2:15 in the morning. the morning of sunday, august 2nd, drags her to the ground in front of the apartment building near adam clayton powell boulevard, and then you can see the man kicking and punching her, trying to steal her purse, but the woman refuses to let go. eventually the suspect makes off with her purse and iphone 5, and we have been talking to people who live nearby saying it's usually a quiet and relatively safe community. they were stunned by how brazen the suspect was. >> i walk out of my house all the time by myself at this time of the morning going to work. it's strange. >> now the victim did have minor injuries but refused
