police chief chris macniell says two schools are affected by the flooding in mayville, park view elementary and st. john's lutheran school. sand bagging is happening at both schools. both of these are located in a low area which is subject to flooding. crews are attempting to divert the water away from both schools before more rains come to the area. st. john's has been evacuated due to the flooding.three streets are closed due to flooding; th street , horicon street, and bridge street west of muzzy street. mutual aid has been requested from area fire departments.

the battle over control of milwaukee's sherman park--- the area near recent violence on the city's north side--- moves to the courtroom today. today.cbs 58's ?jacob kittilstad?... is live outside the "milwaukee county courthouse" with the update. 3 3 this hearing is basically the sequel to the political drama - started sunday - between milwaukee county sheriff david clark and milwaukee county executive chris abele. court proceedings...milwaukee county circuit court judge david hansher issued a temporary restraining order on the actions of the sheriff's department.earlier in the day - sheriff clark had directed deputies to re-install fencing at the park taken down by other crews that morning... ?and? he ordered a further restriction of operating hours there.sunday's decision meant all that had to come to a stop. today...judge hansher will decide whether or not to make that restraining order ?permanent?.hansher previously agreed with abele on his authority to re-open the

?death on the train tracks? in pewaukee.it happened around 11:30 last night.a train hit a woman who was on the tracks near "oakton and clark."we now know... the train's engineer ?sounded the horn?... and ?applied the emergency break?--- but couldn't stop before hitting the person.the engineer and conductor have been taken ?off duty?-- that's canadian pacific's policy in situations like this.the name of the victim has not been released yet. 3 police in oconomowoc are investigating a homicide at the "river place apartments." authorities say... a monday night.no word yet on the ?cause? of death. authorities expect to release more information today. back-to-school shopping next year... may be ?less expensive? in wisconsin. wisconsin.just about 45 minutes ago... governor scott walker announced the creation of a back-to-school ?sales tax holiday? in the state. the proposal still needs approval from the legislature.but if approved--- you could save money on school supplies, clothing and computers. the
