front porch of the house.they say alcohol does appear to be a factor in the crash.we spoke with a woman living in the house who says she was sleeping when this happened. 3:34:21:03 - 3:34:28:00 i thought my granddaughter fell out of bed at first ...and i was just going to go back to sleep and she called and said somebody hit the house." 3 she says the some of the siding of the house was damaged.police say they have no information on injuries yet. 3 3 the milwaukee county d-a ?won't? charge the officer who shot and killed jay anderson. and the dash cam video of the released.there are some very different interpretations of the video. anderson's family now wants federal charges against the officer involved. anderson was shot nearly six months ago. the district attorney determined the officer followed state law and justifiably used deadly force. we have decided not to name the officer since he was not charged.we'll show you the dash cam footage in our next half hour. a worker at potawatomi casino... ?dies? on the job. now his family says... he ?shouldn't? have been working in the smoking section.
