and killed jay anderson.the shooting happened in june at madison park.and following the d-a's decision... the wauwatosa police department has released dash cam video of the incident. cbs 58's kyle aevermann has been covering the story since the morning of the shooting. he joins us live from the wauwatosa police department with the video... kyle? 28 seconds. that's how long the video released by the tosa police department is.we do want to warn you thde disturbing. the officer involved activated the camera after the shooting-- preserving the moments leading up to the fatal shots.investigators say the officer ordered anderson to put his hands up--at first anderson's arms are raised-- but you see his right arm go down toward the passanger seat, then back up, then down again-that's when the officer fired-- six shots.it happened one minute after the officer initially radioed about the gun.investigators say the gun in anderson's car was a 9 mm,

in dodge county.... the sheriff's office is investigating what they're calling a suspicous death in the city of fox lake. lake.right now, they aren't releasing any information except to say they're looking for a blue 20-16 dodge ram truck.it was last seen in fox lake over the weekend.if you have any information... call the dodge county sheriff's office. milwaukee county executive "chris abele".... is ?not? being shy about his thoughts on sheriff "david clarke" and concerns at the jail. jail.abele says.. there's a ?lack of accountability? as the investigation continues into four deaths at the infant ?born? to an inmate.at issue --- if the trips to new york for talks with the ?president' elect's team?... are a ?distraction? to county business.? "the amount of time the sheriff spends seeking attention because he's in conflict with someone is hardly a service to the public and it's hard to imagine that if he got the position the same guy who's essentially been spouting off on things for so many years would be any "

no direct response from the sheriff yet... but he has said recently... criticism is "sour grapes" because he supported donald trump. looking ahead now...a greenfield man who ?shot at? a 13-year-old boy... because he was upset with the boy's fourth of july celebration... will learn his fate in court to. today."jeffrey gleason" will be sentenced in milwaukee county court this morning.he's charged with ?recklessly endangering safety.?the boy's mother says... the shot that went ?near her son?... came from the balcony of gleason's apartment.police say... gleason ?lied to them at first?-- saying he set off a ?firework? in the teen's direction.but he later admitted--- he ?fired his gun out of anger.?he did say... he had ?no intention? of shooting the boy. 3 they're known as porch pirates. and in one week... in whitefish bay... thieves have stolen deliveries from ?seven? different homes. it's a problem happening all over milwaukee county. and now people are thinking twice about mailng packages to their own homes. terri griffin lives in bay view. she got a text message from the post office saying a package was delivered to her

she came home at 2:30... and the package was gone. the thief opened her gate and took it from her front porch. griffin bounced between the police department and post office looking for answers ... but was told she is simply out of luck. 5120 it was only about a $42 value but they were christmas presents. so now i have to decide am i not going to give that or reorer? reorer? local law enforcemnnt says... if you know you wont be home-- hold your package at a fedex.. ups.. or u-s-p-s location.. or you can set the delivery time online. ?under arrest?... for ?not? paying a nearly 500-dollar cab fare from the packers game. game.the sheriff's office says... a cab driver took the man from green bay to a richfield truck stop.when the guy got to his destination... he apparently said... he was going to get money from the a-t-m... but snuck out the back door of the gas station instead.deputies found him about an hour later at a bar. they say... he admitted to ?getting drunk? at the game... and took the cab after he lost his phone and his friends.

more about a new system that would replace broken or leaking lead pipes. pipes.the city's proposed policy would require property owners to replace the lead service lines whenever there's a break or when the lines need maintenance work.the city would offer financing and pay for a bulk of the replacement costs.the meeting starts at 10 saturday morning at north division high school. lawmakers are debating the best way to pay for the state's roads. roads.assembly speaker robin vos and other republican leaders have said tax increases ?should? be considered to fill a nearly one-billion dollar shortfall but governor scott walker says republicans promised to ?lower? taxes... saying lawmakers can't turn their backs on the people who placed trust in them. an assembly committee will hold a public hearing today to discuss the budget. 3 let's get you an update on the presidential recount in wisconsin. six counties have now ?completed? their ballot recount... and the margin between donald trump and hillary clinton has ?not? changed.. the wisconsin elections commission also says... ?no significant issues? have been reported after ?four? full days of recounting. it says...

error.? the first-ever presidential vote recount in michigan...is now underway. poll workers and volunteers will have to get through about four-point-eight million ballots state-wide. the recount began yesterday in two counties......in ingham county, more than 130-thousand ballots will need to be reviewed. barb byrum, ingham co. clerk: "no, this is huge. we have in ingham co., 30 two-member teams, a democrat and a republican to conduct the recount. i have team leaders here, people from my staff. i have local clerks that have found it in their well." six more michigan counties begin their recounts this morning... with more to follow in the days ahead. president-elect trump is still hoping to stop it.his lawyers will be in front of michigan's state appeals court this afternoon. 3 meanwhile..green party presidential nominee jill stein is now asking a federal court to force a recount in pennsylvania.she moved to the feds after a state judge said a recount would cost one-million dollars.stein claims the state is using its bureaucracy to obstruct voting

for first degree murder. the police report states borges was the last to see the victim november 18th. he told police the pair went to smoke marijuana by the river.but a witness told investigators borges admitted to killing his high school classmate. investigators are still trying to figure out what led to the violent attack. 3 a georgia father will serve life in prison without parole in the murder of his 22- month-old son.ross harris was convicted last month on eight counts -- including malice murder and cruelty to hi cooper, inside his car for nearly seven hours outside his cobb county office building in june 2014.the toddler died of hyperthermia.investigators concluded that harris intentionally killed his son to escape the responsibilities of family life. the owner of the florida nightclub where 49 people were shot and killed... is no longer selling the property. property.barbara poma had worked out a deal to sell the club to the city of orlando for two-point-two million dollars.it was going to be
