our top story at 6 -- the milwaukee county district attorney's office will ?not? file charges against the wauwatosa police officer who shot and killed jay anderson. the shooting happened back in june at madison park.the wauwatosa police department has now released dash cam video of the shooting-- the video so many people have been waiting to see. cbs 58's ?kyle aevermann? has been covering this story since he joins us live from the wauwatosa police department to show you the video. 28 seconds. that's how long the video released by the tosa police department is.we do want to warn you the video is disturbing. the officer involved activated the camera after the shooting-- preserving the moments leading up to the fatal shots.investigators say the officer ordered anderson to put his hands up--at first anderson's arms are raised--

down toward the passanger seat, then back up, then down again-that's when the officer fired-- six shots.it happened one minute after the officer initially radioed about the gun.investigators say the gun in anderson's car was a 9 mm, loaded with 16 bullets and one in the chamber...they also say anderson had a blood alcohol level .114 and marijuana in his system...and was in possession of 12.41 grams of marijunana. chief barry weber says though it was justified, the shooting is a tragedy for everyone involved. 03;12;49 for anyone to lose any family member in any incident is horrible. it's hard on the police department, it's hard on the family the officer involved will return to full duty...as you can imagine this was upsetting news for the family of jay anderson. hear from them coming up in our next half hour.live in tosa. kyle aevermann. cbs58 live in tosa.

"jeffrey gleason" will be sentenced in milwaukee county court this morning.he's charged with ?recklessly endangering sy. mother says... the shot that went ?near her son?... came from the balcony of gleason's apartment.police say... gleason ?lied to them at first?-- saying he set off a ?firework? in the teen's direction.but he later admitted--- he ?fired his gun out of anger.?he did say... he had ?no intention? of shooting the boy. a campaign to raise awareness about the deadly risks of using prescription painkillers. the "d-e-a" is teaming up with "c-v-s" and "hupy and abraham" to annouce a billboard campaign today...to adress the epidemic.the goal of the eight week campaign is to highlight

fentanyl ...a large problem in southeast wisconsin.there is a news conference today at 11 a-m at clybourn and 25th in milwaukee. 3 people who live in milwaukee can learn more about a new system that would ?replace? broken or leaking lead pipes. the city's proposed policy... would require property owners to replace the lead service lines whenever there's a break. the city would offer financing and pay for a bulk of the replacement costs.t meeting starts at 10 saturday morning at north division high school. an update now on the presidential recount er wisconsin. six counties have now completed their ballot recount... and the margin between donald trump and hillary clinton has not changed. the wisconsin elections commission also says no significant issues have been reported... after four full days of recounting. it says any changes found in the recount are because of human error. 3 the first-ever presidential vote recount in michigan... is now underway. poll workers and volunteers will have to get through about four-point-eight million ballots state-wide. the recount started yesterday

county-- more than 130- thousand ballots will need to be reviewed. barb byrum, ingham co. clerk: "no, this is huge. we have in ingham co., 30 two-member teams, a democrat and a republican to conduct the recount. i have team leaders here, people from my staff. i have local clerks that have found it in their heart to show up and help as well." well." six more michigan counties begin their recounts this morning... with more to follow in the days ahead. president-elect trump is still hoping to stop it.his lawyers will be in front of michigan's state appeals court this afternoon. meanwhile.. green party presidential nominee jill stein is now asking a federal court to ?force? a recount in pennsylvania.she moved to the feds.. after a ?state? judge said a recount would cost one-million dollars.stein claims the state is using its bureaucracy to obstruct voting integrity. 3 the recount in wisconsin, michigan and pennsylvania all need to be done by december 12th at 8 p-m... so the results can be certified by the 13th. stay with csb 58 as we continue to track the

officials say they don't believe they will find any more victims.hundreds were inside the building for a concert when it caught fire late friday night.with only two functioning exits... dozens were trapped.
