what's kelly ayotte costing you? you're paying more for prescription medicines. kelly ayotte blocked lower cost generic drugs. you're paying high interest rates on college loans. ayotte voted against letting you refinance at lower rates. and you're paying higher bank fees while ayotte voted for special breaks to wall street executives. kelly ayotte. she's siding with corporate special interests and that's costing you.

>> happening right now hillary clinton's final campaign rally is taking place in raleigh, north carolina. its state carries 15 electoral votes in a state where hillary clinton and donald trump are tied. we are joined now by former head of the mass g.o.p. jennifer. night nice toe sue. we'll see a lot of you tomorrow for you sure. to go here and let's talk about the candidates perspectives here as they look at this before the final day tomorrow, election day across the united states. many people have already voted but a lot more will vote tomorrow. >> a lot more voting tomorrow. i think the number in massachusetts have been over a million so far we still have a lot more to go here in massachusetts. but with we have all those swing states. there's a lot at stake. in massachusetts you have the ballot questions in addition to the presidential but if you look at our
11:45 pm
big senate race going on. you have big senate races in all of the swing states that we really need in florida, in north carolina, and opinions pens, in ohio, and in wisconsin. >> we know the race was jolted by the discovery of new e-mails we saw this on october 28th just yesterday mid-afternoon comes word from the f.b.i. that they found nothing that would merit them going down that road one more time that there's nothing that they'll prosecute hillary clinton for. of course, clinton sympathizers would say hey, you know late to do the right thing now or is it? >> i think it's too late. i think most voters made up their minds. i think most voters made up their minds a week and a half ago or two weeks ago. i think at that point clinton lost a lot of ground. she lost a lot of supporters that are going to trump. >> what about trump, taking the ball and running with it. >> yes, as he should have. i mean that was a perfect opportunity for him to stay
11:46 pm
in trump's own you know very easy manner of how he says it. but i mean it was a great opportunity for trump. i think yesterday, trump was ignoring the new information 100% because wouldn't go in with his messaging of hillary clinton is a liar. >> not what hillary clinton ignoring it. a lot of accounts say she never brought it up. so for her stay on message as to why i'm the best person. i think if she revivs the e-mails what happens is she opens up information that she doesn't want to go back to. she doesn't want to keep bringing up the e-mails. >> what is she struggling with right now in terms of these final hours. because she's attacking donald trump and not talking about the issues many people will say? >> no, i think what she's suffering from is a lack of transparency. she's just viewed as not being very honest she cannot get away from. that no matter who i talk to the one thing everyone says
11:47 pm
been honest. and i think that's what dogged her that has been dogging her the entire campaign will continue until the end of the day tomorrow. >> so we have less than 24 hours to go here. maybe a little bit more. probably about twn hours from now. but let's talk about this. what is it about donald trump and what can he do what's he looking for now that will put him over the top? >> so donald trump is now trying to go into some blue states some blue swing states but he's thinking that maybe he request win. so he has been he's been in iowa, he has been in pennsylvania yesterday and today heading back in to pennsylvania. he has been in nevada so he's trying to hit those states he thinks that maybe he could eke out a couple of extra election for call college votes. i don't know if that's possible. he has begin. up entirely on florida. i had hasn't been back down to florida. they have done a lot of early voting a lot of the state has already voted in the latino community the vote has exploded they have
11:48 pm
this election. and so i think for donald trump he's got to stay on his she is not electable because she is not truthful. you want me because even though you might not like what i say i'm always going to be honest with you. >> wrap thing up in new hampshire today. let's talk about that and the significance of the granite state here. >> there are a ton of what's interesting is you have it's a swing state. republican hasn't won in new hampshire in 20 something >> dixville notch who knows. >> who knows it might. it might end up hindering on new hampshire. but new hampshire more importantly is the u.s. senate race. that race they've been neck and neck maggie hassan and kelly ayotte has done a great job. her commercials recently have been spot on. showing that as a mom, as a member of your community and i'm worthwhile of your vote and being reelected to the u.s. senate. you also have the governor's race up there which is also
11:49 pm
play as the u.s. senate race they have spent more money in that u.s. senate race than scott brown and elizabeth warren did back in 2012 in mass. it's over $100 million already. >> it's amazing to see the polls. one one week, one the next. that's where kelly ayotte has slipped behind in some polls. >> she has an opportunity there to still squeeze ahead of her. at the end of the day all you need to do is doesn't matter if you win by one point or you win by tenure the winner. >> so we got about 30, 45 seconds here. let's just talk about what has evolved yes, i take your party's nomination and i gladly accept it i will be in the white house should everything fall my way. it has been crazy. >> yes, and i think saturday night live has done the best job of summing it up. they've done the best job of summing up what has happened. it has been a comedy sketch.
11:50 pm
it's been great for tv ratings. and i think at the end of the day she has a transparency problem he cannot stop himself from saying the wrong thing all the time. whichever one of them is electioned, we're stuck with one of them for four years, i think they really have to work on that. she's got to work on her transparency and being honest and forthright he needs to temper down his tone and temperament and show that he's presidential. >> i think some people would like to see a refinement no matter who gets in the white house. jennifer, thank you so much. fox 25 is the place to be for election night coverage. we'll be on live all night long with local and national results. you can also watch where you can look up wheret to -- where it to vote. tom brady apparently has endorsed and voted for donald trump but what does he have to say about reggie wayne today.
11:51 pm
twhen i come home and dinner's not ready i go through the roof. grab 'em by the p****". when you're a star, they let you do it. you can do anything. more accusers coming forward to say they were sexually assaulted by donald trump. i'll go backstage before a show... yes.. and everyone's getting dressed. donald trump walked into the dressing room while contestants, some as young as 15 were changing. you see these incredible looking women. i'd look her right in that fat ugly face of hers. she ate like a pig. a person who's flat-chested is very hard to be a 10. do you treat women with respect? uh... i can't say that either. alright, good.

11:53 pm
11:54 pm
tom brady, great guy -- he called today and he said donald, i support you, you're my friend, and i voted for you >> the patriots have tried to reach bill belichick and brady tonight to verify that statement and the one where bill belichick wrote a letter both of them apparently sleeping. brady did, however, refuse to say anything bad about reggie wayne today despite fact that reggie a certain hall of famer to be call tom a cheater over the weekend. >> i still think he's a great player it doesn't
11:55 pm
>> will have been a lot of people that i disagree with. >> you give everyone else your power when you start reacting to everything that they say. i wouldn't change places with anybody. >> it's going to be a short week for the patriots. patriots and satellite sunday night seahawks will have little momentum because they beat the bills tonight. pete carroll wants big game. he made a couple of 1-- with one handed catches. tied the game at 14. comeback in the final seconds of this game. third and 21. clock winding down. connects with robert woods down the sidelines. less than 30 seconds to go fourth and goal taylor will look to the endzone incomplete. that's how it nds. seahawks win this one by 31-25 final. taylor not happy with it. think put together a nice little charge there. it wasn't to be for the

11:57 pm
but even now, these local schools are losing more than 400 million dollars a year to privately-run charter schools. and if question 2 passes, it will only get worse. we can't let that happen. to protect our public schools and the right of all our kids to a quality education, vote no on question 2. joanne: she's not fooling me. britt: kelly ayotte sides with the special interests. vivian: now, she's even playing politic games with medicare. $1,700 more for prescriptions... while protecting tax breaks for the wall street banks and big oil companies that fund her campaign. fred: kelly ayotte sold us out. britt: with kelly ayotte, it's all politics. joanne: she's not looking out for new hampshire anymore. vo: senate majority pac is responsible for the content of this advertising. massachusetts has many great public schools, and we took it for granted
