meteorologist jason brewer to find out the timeline on everything. >> jason brewer: we do have a great sunday in store. the clouds in now but they're going to kick out as high pressure kicks in. 10:00, clearing skies and temperatures warming into the lower 50s in a lot of spots just prior to lunchtime and they only go up from there. right now we're in the 40s in most locations. plymouth county, you got some 30s, one of the cooler spots this morning. but you'll warm up too. already off to 56 to 70 around the boston area. above normal temperatures for this sunday. and into the week more warm temperatures to talk about before a coastal storm comes in. much more on the timeline of that and latest computer model straight ahead. >> that's the closest person to me, my twin brother. >> heather: the twin brother of a young father killed by gun

continues to search for answers. and this morning, still no suspects in that shooting. >> jason: fox 25 stephanie coueignoux is live at boston headquarters this morning. the man that was killed is the father of twin six-year-old boys. >> reporter: as you can imagine, this is so incredibly emotional for everyone and tougher, still that they still haven't been allowed to see his body. this as boston police still have not shooting. this shooting happened just before 5:00 yesterday afternoon on ames street in dorchester. and when police arrived there, they found two men, both in their late 20s with gunshot wounds. one had nonlife-threatening injuries, the otherdant lee leonard rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. his twin brother spoke only to fox 25, saying the medical examiner and officials wouldn't let him see his body because

told he would have to wait until their offices reopened. it's something, he says, only adds to his grief. >> that's the closest person to me, is my twin brother. if they gave us a number to call, and now they're saying we can't even really see -- identify my brother. >> reporter: just heartbreaking for that family. now, police haven't released the name of the second victim. i have asked police about a possible motive, any description have any leads. this is still very early on this sunday morning. as soon as i have an update of course i'll let you know. coming up in 30 minutes, the commotion that the 13-year-old witnessed, shared with us during this gun battle, in dorchester, stephanie coueignoux, fox 25 news. >> jason: we have another gun battle in mission hill on smith street around 6:00 last night. boston pd tells us one person was shot and sent to the

working to find out if anybody is in custody for that shooting. >> heather: this morning, a man shot in the woods in easton has died. police trying to piece together what happened after two teenagers came across the man pairly alive on tuesday. this death is now being called suspicious and police are looking for a car without state place that may be connected to the crime. >> shock and you a, >> reporter: visitors of the area in easton surprised by the investigation into a suspicious death in the woods here, among walking paths and close to many homes. >> scary for any of the nearby families that live right across from the pond. >> reporter: daniel smith, a 35-year-old florida resident who previously lived in easton die understand the hospital friday night. the bristol district attorney's office announced saturday. easton police told fox 25 tuesday two teens discovered

woods off pond street that afternoon. he had been shot in the head and was in critical condition. >> two 13-year-old boys were riding their bicycles down here on pond street. they went into the woods and found this gentleman. they in turn called their mother, who came down to the scene, confirmed that there was a person here, and then called us. >> the easton fire department worked on smith, who remained unconscious. >> he was breathing, but he was not able to communicate with any person along the scene. state police assigned to the district attorney's office are investigating what led up to smith's death, asking anyone with information to come forward. neighbors and visitors of this typically quiet area still in disbelief. >> sleepy town. you don't really hear of this thing kind of happening around here. >> reporter: christine mccarthy for fox 25 news. >> jason: developing this morning, a fourth night of protests turns violent around

this is video from indianapolis, when two people were hurt when protesters started throwing things like rocks. two people hurt including two people police say out of towner instigators. at least 19 people arrested in portland, and in other cities protests remained peaceful like this march in las vegas. hundreds carried signs marching down the street ending up in trump's hotel. >> heather: at least 200 people outside of worcester there, showing how unhappy they are trump's victory. many denouncing his view on women, immigration and civil rights. make america great hat. but clinton and trump supporters agreed to talk with one another rather than get into an argument. >> actually, we're good. i totally disagree with what you

running for the chief of staff position. the announcement, whoever, it will be, could come tomorrow. >> this as hillary clinton is blaming the fbi for her loss in the election. he says the letter fbi director sent to congress delivered a double whammy to her campaign. the first brought her private e-mail scandal back into focus robbing her of the momentum after the debates. the second which exonerated her, just fired up trump supporters. her supporters to keep moving forward. >> jason: the mayor of brockton is coming into the light how he's spending tax money. they'll take up two separate issues on their meeting. why mayor bill carpenter is going to school on the city's dime. approved tuition and other fees back in august, so mayor carpenter could attend a class at community college. brockton enterprise reported the cost of his tuition was $580 for

language course. one counselor told the enterprise, this is something the mayor should've played for himself. the council will be asking why the fire chief $9,000 was spent on granite rocks for a memorial at city hall plaza. now that granite is nowhere to be found. brockton city council meeting is friday night. >> 6:09, the new hampshire supreme court has ruled in favor of protecting the privacy of 19-year-old murder victim for the third time. seth was lizzy from westborough mass. back in 2012. he has been trying to get the court to let him use evidence about marriott's sexual past for his appeal. the court has rejected that argument several times, including most recently this past thursday. nazalia heads to court wednesday for his repeal court. >> jason: looking to extend

revere street in hull for more than a year and a half. yet so far, only paid three months rent. she owes the former homeowner $27 hundred. but they sold the house and never collected. linda still lives there and still has not paid rent. >> we're looking for a property to flip. and we got a friend getting rid of their. >> reporter: greg gray and mark knew she was in the house when they bought it in june. >> t evicting her. >> reporter: they assumed that the eviction which was underway would happen soon. but attorney allen sea gull who specializes in eviction law, says landlords need to be fully aware of the law. >> you really have to know what you're doing if you're going to be a landlord in massachusetts. because the laws are strictly construed and they do favor the tenant. >> reporter: sea gull says with an existing tenant a new owner becomes the new landlord. and the eviction process must

greg and mark didn't want to be landlords they just wanted to flip the house. >> this person was in there legitimately at one point in time renting a room: the rights that they had from the prior owner passed through to the new owner. >> reporter: greg and mark got caught up trying to sort out some of the strictest tenant laws in the country. they've already been to court twice this summer. >> it doesn't make sense how people can do that how they get away with it. >> reporter: it turns out walls may be doing somethi massachusetts. court records show she is well aware of laws that favor tenants and is using them to her advantage. fox 25 uncovered several housing cases in plymouth and in hull. this document shows she got a restraining order against muskoe on august 22nd. restraining him from going into hissed property. next she claim indigency, that allowed walls to get a court

issued a restraining order in walls in plymouth district court. on april, they met in court. the case continued to may and then to june. then finally settled in el bakraoui can -- buchanan's favor in mid-june. we tried to speak with walls about her story. >> i wanted to talk to you about the tenant side of the house. >> that day, we learned the court did the you can talking for walls. that she had the right to live in the house. greg and mark, stuck again, unable to proceed, until they can resolve this issue with linda walls. >> we just want the house back. we want her out. so we can fix it. >> that's how we make money, we can't make it if we can't sell it. >> reporter: those homeowners tell me that as of today, linda has yet to move out of her home. she told fox 25 that she got the restraining order because the landlord was rude to her.

natick. worcester county, low to mid 40s to begin your day. same thing for southern new hampshire, nashua at 45 degrees right now. not too bad. tee times on a sunday, certainly can get out there with sunny skies. making their presence known by 11:00 in the morning. by 1:00 p.m., sunny and 58 degrees. there will be a breeze out of the west and southwest at 5 to 15 miles per hour. a few higher gusts especially in the hills. check out those numbers running in the upper 50s. most spots will keep it in the mid to upper 50s. the cape and islands, low 60s in norwood. worcester county. that sets us up for a nice day at gillette. enjoy the sunshine, if you're fortunate enough to be out tailgating. 8:00, middle 40s, a nice kick off, chilly, low 40s throughout the game. high pressure moves away to our south. and that means we get that mild

then we've got to watch down to the south. here comes our next weather maker, low pressure coming by. it looks like it's going to come up against the south coast on tuesday. and we have the on shore winds. we have the rain, we have a few gusty winds coming in with this. and we're going to be seeing the high tide concern as well. because we have our super moon. best viewing looks like it's going to be tonight. as skies will be clear, it's going to look brighter and larger. in fact, it's making its closest approach t since 1948. we do have the as strewn no, ma'am nickcally high tides with this. and at noon on tuesday. the coastal storm coming in. concern for moderate to mild coastal flooding on our east coast. how much rain is falling on tuesday in the next half hour but in the meantime, enjoy your sunday. 59 degrees. a chilly night. and then up to the lower and middle 60s on monday. we really don't get too cold after the storm moves through.

spoke only with fox 25 and said the medical examiner told them because he was organ donor they would have to come back the next day to see his body. this as boston police continue their investigation this morning. police say leonard and another man both in their 20s were shot here on ames street in dorchester and it happened just before 5:00 yesterday afternoon. leonard died from his injuries. the other man, who hasn't been identified, had and this morning, police are still shooting for whoever shot the men. and so far they have not released a motive. one witness, just 13 years old, described the commotion to us. >> all we heard was just pop pop pop, a whole bunch of times. and then you hear police sirens and people telling you to go inside if you're outside. >> reporter: and, again, this morning, still so many questions in relation to this shooting. suspects, leads, motives.

a babson college student apologizing for his amount ticks, edward toe mass so and another student showed up at wellesley to gloat about donald trump's win. as you know, wellesley is hillary clinton's alma mater. he has since apologized but denies using profanity and denies spitting at students as well. >> jason: this story was breaking during our news yesterday morning. we're now learning the people killed are two u.s. service members. 16 others also hurt during the attack. the taliban claimed responsibility for the attack as the base was preparing for a post veterans day event. the victim's names so far have not been released. >> heather: today the world remembers the victims of the deadly paris attacks. it was one year ago today that 130 people were killed as terrorist carried out that series of attacks around the city of lights. 89 of the victims died at the

>> heather: welcome back. a family in amesbury is hoping this morning to try to track down the person who saved her baby girl while she stopped breathing. they were still on the phone with a dispatcher when a neighbor heard them screaming and ran to helpful the couple shared the neighbor's action with fox 25 bob ward. >> my whole world. i love her to death. >> reporter: this rail lynn bilodeau just over a week old and she's already survived a drama. her mom suddenly noticed her not breathing. >> she opened her mouth backwards and started flailing side to side, she looked very panicked. >> reporter: rail lynn's dad corey rushed to help and he tells me in moments it got

wish, her eyes popping out of her head. >> reporter: the couple rushed outside for fresh air, and called 911 in the early morning darkness, she cried for help. >> i ran outside and started screaming for helpful my baby is dying she's turning blue. she stopped breathing can somebody help me. >> reporter: the seconds seemed like hours. and then before emergency crews arrived, some would call what happened next, a miracle. >> one nice lady came running out of nowhere in the dark and just graed started doing cpr on her. and soon after, i heard her start crying. so i was really relieved. i knew she was getting air and then the ambulance came a few minutes after that. >> reporter: corey and reilly still don't know who the mystery woman was. they only know she made all of the difference. >> if the neighbor didn't intervene, what do you think would've happened here? >> she would've died. she would've died. thankful toll the next-door neighbor, she was -- really saved her life.

out of the 40s up to near 50 by noon. and there is that full sun. i expect these mid and high clouds to thin out and move away for the afternoon. so up into the low and mid 50s we go right through sunset tonight. let's go to framingham, another one of our community, temperatures running near 50 by 10:00 a.m. as sunshine appears. that continues for the rest of the day. our sunset just before 4:30. temperatures fighting back to upper 40s after that. your afternoon degrees warmer than we were yesterday. it won't be quite as breezy. but still a breeze out of the west and southwest. we'll see temperatures in upper 50s in most locations today. couple inland spots touching the 60 degree mark. high pressure down to the south. we get the clockwise fall around the high. west south west breeze today. that makes it milder. with that sun, it's going to feel pretty nice today. it's a clear sky tonight.

we watch this coastal low pressure streaming the clouds northward, but look, this is 4:00 monday, we still have plenty of sunshine. look, the winds still out of the west and southwest around that high pressure center off shore. monday an even milder day. then on tuesday, we turn our attention to the rain and possibly some wet and coastal flooding. because this low is going to be approaching the south coast. it doesn't look like a very pot tent storm system. but nevertheless. it does look like heavy rain amounts. and, agai winds coupled with the king tide from the super moon, we'll be watching out for the coastal threat across eastern part of our state. spinning down into the south, bringing heavy downpours southeast stern mass. it looks like the east coast will get the majority of the heavier rain with this up coming system. anywhere from 1 inch or more possible for the cape and islands. maybe even the south shore

>> reporter: as you can imagine jason and heather this is just so emotional for everyone involved even more devastaing is that this family says they still have not been allowed to see his body. this as boston police have not made any arrests in this shooting. it happened just before 5:00 on ames street in dorchester yesterday. and when police arrived they found two men both in their late 20s with gunshot wounds. one with nonlife-threatening injuries. the other, dantley rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. his twin brother danly spoke only to fox 25, saying that hospital officials and the medical examiner wouldn't let them see his brother's body because he's an organ donor and he was told they would have to wait until the offices reopened. it's something he says only adds to their grief. >> that's the closest person to me is my twin brother. they gave us a number to call.

developing this morning, police in albany, new york continue to investigate a shooting at a mall there. the mall went into lock down after several shoppers reported gun down. more than 100 officers in tactical gear swarmed the building yesterday. and yesterday they heard bullets flying. a rush to get out of the building of course. no one released by police. now investigators looking for a man spotted in surveillance footage in the area where the shooting happened. >> heather: police are sharing surveillance video in the hopes of a woman who took a purse left behind by another shopper at a natick store. look at the video right here. it is pretty clear the woman was struggling with herself about whether or not to take that bag. in the end, her conscience did not weigh out. that purse contained a license

richter scale. so far no reports of major damage or injuries. this is pretty early on of course. that same area hit by a deadly earthquake five years ago. >> 8:13 this morning. two business partners bought a fixer upper and home planning to get in and out and make money as fast as possible. but a tenant living there is refusing to get out and now they're stuck. they told fox 25 john monahan they can't even renovate and now they must litigate to in their property. >> reporter: linda walls has been living at 21 revere street in hull for more than a year and a half. yet so far she's only paid three months rent. she owes the former homeowner $2700. but they sold the house and never collected. linda still lives there and still has not been paid rent. >> we were looking for a property to flip. and we got a friend that was getting rid of it.

bought it back in june. >> that she was living there and not pay and they were in the process of evicting her. >> reporter: the business partners assumed that the eviction which was underway would happen soon but attorney alan siegel who specializes in eviction law says landowners need to be fully say wear of the law. >> you really need to know what you're doing if you're going to be a labrador lord in massachusetts. because the laws are stricted construed and they do favor the tenant. existing tenant, the new owner becomes the new landlord and eviction process must start from scratch. greg and mark didn't want to be landlords, they just wanted to flip the house. >> this person was in there legitimately at one point in time renting a room. the rights they had from the prior owner passed through to the new owner. >> reporter: greg and mark got caught up trying to sort out the

people can do that and get away with it. >> reporter: it turns out walls may be doing something familiar to some landlords in massachusetts. court records show she is well aware of laws that favor tenants and is using them to her advantage. fox 25 uncovered several housing cases in plymouth and in hull. this document shows she got a restraining order against muskoe on august 22nd, restraining him from coming into his own property. next, she claimed court appointed attorney. back in february of 2015, walls issued a restraining order against john buchanan in plymouth housing court. on april, they met in court. the case was continued to may and then to june. then finally settled in buchanan's favor in mid-june. back in hull, we tried to speak with walls to get her side of the story. >> i just wanted to see if we could talk to you about what's

all of this. fox 25 stephanie coueignoux is live outside of boston police headquarters. and this morning, stephanie, we know the man killed in this shooting is actually the father of twin boys himself? >> reporter: yeah. and the family when speaking with fox 25 so incredibly emotional as you can imagine. and what's so devastating is they say they still haven't been able to see his body. police telling me this is an active investigation but so anyone. these shootings happened just before 5:00 yesterday on ames street in dorchester. when police arrived, they found those two men in their late 20s with gunshot wounds. with nonlife-threatening injuries, the other, dantley leonard, was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. his brother, dan lee, said they wouldn't let him see his body because he was an organ donor

indianapolis overnight where two police officers were hurt when police say protesters started throwing rocks. several people were arrested there, including three people police called out of town instigators. and violence continued in portland, oregon, where police and protesters got into early confrontations there. at least 19 people had to be arrested. in other cities demonstrations remained more peaceful. like this march in las vegas. hundreds carried signs and chanted while marching down the middle of las vegas's strip ending in frt hotel. >> heather: another city where the protests a little more peacely. worcester. this was the scene yesterday where at least 200 gathered outside city hall there for protesters to show how unhappy they were with trump's victory but just speaking and not using any physical actions. many denouncing trump's views on women, immigration and other rights. on your left trump supporter robert pagan who showed up wearing a make america great

overnight tonight. we are going to keep it nice and sunny for tomorrow morning. appear then by late in the day, clouds start to move in. but it's a very mild monday. in fact, some might even call it warm by mid november standards. that west and south westerly wind flow is going to warm us up. then the wind shift around the ocean and start to increase on tuesday. that's, again, why we have that high tide concern. we'll have coastal flooding issues possibly with this low taking shape to so as it moves in tuesday morning. the best chance to get morning showers on the morning drive time. south coast, the cape and islands. but then the showers increase in coverage through midday. and get heavier during the afternoon and even into the night on tuesday. so by the time we wake up tuesday, rain is pretty much wrapped up. but we've left pretty hefty rain totals behind. we need the rain with the ongoing drought. half inch to inch of rain along the coast and the cape and

man both in their 20s shot on main street in dorchester just before 5:00 yesterday afternoon. leonard died from his injuries. and the other man who still hasn't been identified had nonlife-threatening injuries. this morning, police tell us that they are still searching for whoever shot the men. so far they have not released a motive. but one witness who was just 13 years old described all of this commotion to us. >> all i heard was just pop pop pop. a whole bunch of times and out of sirens and people telling you to go inside if you're outside. >> reporter: again, so many questions remain in regard to whether it was a targeted or random shooting. information about the suspect, as well as a possible motive. again, boston police not releasing much because they say this is an active and ongoing investigation. but as soon as we get more information, we'll have it on air and online at fox25boston.com. outside of boston police headquarters, i'm stephanie coueignoux, fox 25 news. >> jason: we have new details

this story was breaking last night during our 6:00 news cast. a woman was stabbed around 5:00 p.m. the globe reporting it happened near the domino's pizza at 1200 block of boylston street. a woman was there with a man and both work are familiar to worker inside of the pizza shop. there have been no arrests. >> heather: service on the needham line is being shut down in west roxbury. no alternative services being provided. the mbta says trains will be up and running just in time for tomorrow morning's commute to work. >> jason: developing this morning another night of amount try trump protests around the country. including in portland oregon where once again things got out of happened. >> violation of the law. >> get out of my face! >> jason: officers say last night's protests began peacefully but escalated when people in mass blocked the

a full page ad apologizing to the jalapeno restaurant. calling it an awful attempt at a bad joke. edward tomasso and another student showed up at wellesley college last week to gloat after donald trump won the election. as you know wellesley is hillary clinton's alma mater. tomasso since apologized but denied any profanity or spitting at students. victims of the attack bagram airport has been identified as u.s. natives. now we're learning they're two u.s. service members and two u.s. contractors. 16 u.s. service members also hurt in the attack. the taliban claimed responsibility for the attack that it happened as the base was getting ready for a post veterans day event. the victims names not been released. >> heather: well, today, the world will be remembering the victims of the deadly paris attacks. it was one year ago today that right here on this news cast, we

>> jason: developing this morning, police in albany, new york continue to investigate a shooting at a mall there. cross gates mall went into lock down after several shoppers reported gunfire. more than 100 officers in tactical gear swarmed the building yesterday. witnesses say they heard bullets flying and there was a rush to get away from the mall. no one was hurt. two men detained but police later let them go. investigators looking for another man spot understand surveillance footage in the same area where the shooting happened.

air on the peninsula. nice conditions any way you slice it. there's that patriots forecast of sunny skies giving way to clear skies. we have a breeze out there, it's 4:00, 55 the breeze, the breeze tapers off after sunset. it's clear at midnight. hopefully wrapping up after the pats win. clear view for super moon by the way. when you start with shiri in the morning, she'll be watching the coastal storm developing right now off of georgia and florida. making it toward the outer banks tomorrow. tomorrow we're in the0s for most of the day. then that chance for rain arrives early tuesday morning. it arrives first on the south coast. the cape and islands, and then it makes its way northward. so right now, the track of the low is going to influence who gets the heaviest rain. looks like it will come right over southeastern mass. and then dump an inch or more along the south shore the cape and islands as you go westward, the amounts will be lower. but we do also have to watch

hospitalized and leonard's twin brother spoke only with fox 25 about the devastating loss. he says compounding the family's pain is the fact that they've not been able to see his brother's body. you see dantley leonard was an organ donor. the family says they're being told they will have to wait. this morning, boston police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. the department tells fox 25, they will not be releasing the second victim's name at this point. >> jason: this morning, the mayor of brockton is receiving taxpayer money. the city council wants to know why he's going to school on the taxpayer's dime. back in august, the city auditor approved a payment for tuition and other fees so mayor carpenter could take a foreign language class at a city college. one council member told the enterprise that the mayor should've paid for the class himself. the city council is going to take up that issue at a meeting tomorrow night. >> heather: super bowl rematch
