headquarters "wisn 12 news this morning." >> thank you, thema. melinda: turning now to commitment 2016, we're just one day away from the election. millions of people across the country will cast their votes tomorrow. more than 52,000 people have already voted in milwaukee alone. early voting started at the end of september and ended over the weekend. the city election commission tells wisn 12 news that this year's early voting broke the old record by about 15,000 thousand ballots. ben: republican vice presidential nominee mike pence was in mukwonago on tu senator ron johnson and house speaker paul ryan were there too to support trump and his running mate. trump was supposed to stop in west allis on sunday but he canceled that event. on the democratic side, clinton's vp pick tim kaine was in milwaukee yesterday. he also made stops in green bay and lacrosse. melinda: right now, donald trump is lashing out at the fbi after an investigation turned up no criminal activity by hillary clinton. fbi director james comey announced this weekend that the investigation is closed once

body on the property and then kohlhepp confessed to a quadruple shooting that happened in 2003, and led investigators to more bodies on his land. kohlhepp is being held without bond. officials say he may have killed seven people over the years. ben, back to you. ben: new this morning, a texas family hit by bullets outside of a food mart. a ten-year-old girl was shot in the face. she's in the hospital this morning. police say it started when a car pulled up to the family in the parking lot. they say the person in the car started a fight and then started shooting. it's not clear if the family knew the suspect. melinda: a family argument turns tragic in florida. police there say an 18-year-old killed his grandmother. dylan broughman is facing charges for her death. it all began with an argument over beer. the grandmother reportedly hid the teenager's beer while he was in the shower.

the woman's daughter and the suspect's mother says she's standing by her son. >> he's a very calm sweet boy but he does have some issues and he needs help with those issues. melinda: police records show that that woman has also been arrested for fighting with the grandmother. those charges were dropped. ben: new this morning, a mom in california is going to court after selling a bowl of homemade ceviche. the woman belongs to a facebook gr she says sometimes people would ask to buy those dishes. someone contacted her asking to buy a bowl of ceviche that person was an undercover investigator. >> it was just like unreal that they were saying you could face up to a year in jail. ben: she's not the only person who was busted but she's the only one going to court because she refused to take a plea deal.
