cousin. investigators found evidence of accelerant throughout the home. prosecutors say morgan used gasoline to intentionally start the blaze. prosecutors also say morgan asked a man he recognized down the block...to call 911...before there were visible signs of the fire. reporting live in milwaukee deandra corinthios fox6 news. for the second time in two days ...the fence around sherman park has been taken down. the fence had been up since the fatal shooting of syville smith by a police in the neighborhood. county executive abele ordered the fence be taken down sunday morning ... but by sunday afternoon ... sheriff david clarke ordered the fence be put back up. abele says he's been trying to discuss the fence with clarke for two weeks ... but clarke wouldn't respond to his requests. we sent him a legal opinion from corporation counsel which are the same lawyers who service the sheriffs department both had a written opinion saying, sheriff you dont have the authority on the

delays green on traffic map = no delays happening today - a hearing will be held... regarding a suspect in a 1990 homicide. that motion hearing will address the hung jury in dennis brantner's murder trial. the 62-year-old was sentenced to 6 years in prison and another 11 years on summer... after authorities found prescription drugs in brantner's boot when he was arrested last year for the murder of berit beck. the jury failed to reach a verdict on murder charges. prosecutors have still not said whether they will re-file charges in the homicide case. also happening today - a court hearing regarding an officer involved shooting in milwaukee. tremaine smith is charged with first degree reckless endangerment... with a dangerous weapon. milwaukee police officers from the neighborhood task force say they were taking two people into custody
