been charged with the fatal shooting of terence crutcher -- killed one week ago. shelby has been booked and released from jail....after prosecutors charged her with first-degree manslaughter. shelby shot and killed terence crutcher after his s-u-v broke down. court documents say officer shelby "reacted unreasonably" when she shot crutcher, who wasn't listening to police commands and was walking away from her with his hands held up. if she is convicted of first-degree manslaughter, shelby could face between four years to life in

state of emergency remains in effect. a midnight curfew was supposed to go into effect last night...but police said they'd allow protesters to stay out as long as they wanted as long as they remained peaceful. the protests come after an officer shot and killed 43-year-old keith lamont scott protesters are calling for the release of police dash cam footage of the incident. the family viewed the video -- their attorney says it shows scott getting out of his car peacefully. but charlotte's police chief says they will not release the video...since it doesn't clearly show scott had a gun. and in wauwatosa -- it officer- involved shooting. the family of jay anderson wants to know why police have released such little information. all that's been made public to this point is that at 3 a-m on june 23rd, anderson was seated in his car at madison park. police say he was in possession of a gun and something happened to make an officer fear for his safety. today, the anderson family says it wants the officer's name to be made public, considering the officer's names have been released in recent shootings in tulsa and charlotte. they also want the body camera video
