tulsa officer betty shelby has been charged with the fatal shooting of terence crutcher -- killed one week ago. shelby has been booked and released from jail....after prosecutors charged her with first-degree manslaughter. crutcher after his s-u-v broke down. a criminal complaint says her "fear resulted in her unreasonable actions" when she shot him. she is accused of "unlawfully and unnecessarily" shooting him after he did not comply with police commands. attorneys for crutchers family say they will be seeking a vigorous prosecution that results in a conviction. meanwhile in charlotte -- a state of emergency remains in effect. a midnight curfew was supposed to go into effect last night...but police said they'd allow protesters to
