tulsa officer betty shelby has been charged with the fatal shooting of terence crutcher -- killed one week ago. shelby has been booked and released from jail....after prosecutors charged her with first-degree manslaughter. crutcher after his s-u-v broke down. a criminal complaint says her "fear resulted in her unreasonable actions" when she shot him. she is accused of "unlawfully and unnecessarily" shooting him after he did not comply with police commands. attorneys for crutchers family say they will be seeking a vigorous prosecution that results in a conviction. meanwhile in charlotte -- a state of emergency remains in effect. a midnight curfew was supposed to go into effect last night...but police said they'd allow protesters to

they remained peaceful. the protests come after an officer shot and killed 43-year-old keith lamont scott protesters are calling for the release of police dash cam footage of the incident. the family viewed the video -- their attorney says it shows scott getting out of his car peacefully. but charlotte's police chief says they will not release the video...since it doesn't clearly show scott had a gun. and in wauwatosa -- it's been three months since a deadly officer- involved shooting. the family of jay anderson wants to know why police have released such little informatin this point is that at 3 a-m on june 23rd, anderson was seated in his car at madison park. police say he was in possession of a gun and something happened to make an officer fear for his safety. today, the anderson family says it wants the officer's name to be made public, considering the officer's names have been released in recent shootings in tulsa and charlotte. they also want the body camera video released.... wauwatosa police said thursday they don't want to release evidence in "bits and pieces," adding all

milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting a 53 year old man is dead...a 23 year old was also shot. deandra corinthios is live from mpd's district five with the latest by our count at fox6...this marks milwaukee's 99th homicide of the year. there were 145 last year...and 86 in 2014. right now, police are searching for a suspect...and a motive. thursday just before 6 pm in milwaukee's harambe neighborhood. police were called to palmer and chambers. witnesses describe hearing two bursts of gunfire. police say a 53 year old man was shot and taken to a local hospital where he died. police say the second victim is a 23 year old man...who suffered a non life threatening gunshot wound...was also taken to the hospital. two grandparents tells us they are thankful none of the bullets hit the kids who were playing on the block.
