here. martin says canady and tucker were inseperable. thursday morning—the two were driving together-- tucker behind the wheel, canady in the passenger seat—when they crashed into a woodchipper. canady died at the scene, tucker died later at the hospital. 34:56 slow down. theres no use in going fast. its a message echoed by milwaukee police—friday. 10:08 the estimated speeds were approximately 70 to 80 miles per hour. police say there crashes, especially among young people. 09:47 stop at red lights. stop at stop signs and just drive with care and caution. words—this family hopes a community hears— nats: singing so that others—do not have to feel this same pain. nats: singing family tells us this isnt their first time dealing with a tragic crash.

blood draw and it will be several weeks before the results are back. authorities stop a predator in his tracks when he tries to meet up with a nine year old girl for sex. they set him up and now he's behind bars facing child pornography charges. fox6's rachelle baillon has the story, new at ten. an illinois man is accused of crossing state lines to try and have sexual girl.....and also to collect child pornography. "it's a very bizarre case, it's disgusting on a lot of levels." 31-year-old david baker now faces charges of attempted second degree sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography. according to a criminal complaint, an investigator with the racine county sheriff's office reached out to baker after seeing an ad he'd placed on the chicago craigslist website. "he wanted to exchange child pornography with one of my

a person of similar interests and also to come here to racine county to have sexual contact with a nine year old child." according to a criminal complaint, the investigator asked baker if he would be interested in having sexual contact with a nine year old girl.....baker replied "can we talk about it in person? i'd rather not answer that question via email. : " he later asked to meet with the girl and promised to bring protection. baker and the investigator agreed to meet at a park and ride in racine county. "rather than meeting jut my detectives and he brought with him a thumb drive containing a number of images that of child pornography." racine county sheriff christopher schmaling says his department is now working closely with cook county to search baker's illinois home for further evidence. "this is a proactive strike before an individual like mr. baker actually strikes a real child and then we have a real problem on our hands." baker is expected to be in court for his preliminary hearing on september 28th. if convicted, each of the charges could carry up to 20 or

the spotlight of the presidential campaign will be shining on wisconsin again next week. donald trump is coming back to the state. the republican nominee is planning to speak in waukesha on wednesday night. trump's last trip to wisconsin came last month, when he made stops in milwaukee and west bend. a marquette university law school poll released earlier this week showed hillary clinton leading trump, 44 to 42 percent among likely voters in wisconsin, that number s of error. the gap has also closed significantly since a poll earlier this summer which had clinton leading by 15 point. oak creek residents will soon be looking for a new leader. mayor steve scaffidi says he's not going to run for a third term. he tells fox 6 he's ready to pursue other things and he thinks it's time to see what someone else can do as mayor. scaffidi was mayor at the time of the sikh temple shooting, and wrote a book about the community's response to the tragedy. his current term runs through april, 2018.

10. we are following some breaking news of a report of an active shooter at a mall near seattle washington. the washington state patrol has just confirmed that four people are dead after a shooting at the cascade mall in burlington. police say the gunman is still on the loose... and police are now going through the mall. tomorrow governor walker will get a first hand look at the hitting western wisconsin. he is set to visit gays mills tomorrow.. a village in crawford county where most of the streets are now underwater. the governor has already declared a state of emergency in 13 counties. two people have died in flooding and mudslides so far, and hundreds of homes and businesses have been damaged. the red cross has already distributed more than 500 flood cleanup kits... and there is concern because more rain could fall on the region over the weekend.
