us now live from the nearby police district. this little memorial honors five year old rikyia langham. she was hit by a car and killed here near leon terrace and constance early this morning. her family now wants the driver to come clean... a vibrant little girl called the 'life of hera this was her baby girl and she's hurting 04" rikyia langham was walking to the car with her mother sunday morning, holding her hand, when a car sped down her street. the little girl was hit and killed just steps from her mom. as the clinton and trump teams are dashing around the country for votes -- including stops in wisconsin. sunday, hillary clinton gets a boost from the latest campaign twist. nine days after fbi director james comey shook up the race by announcing that agents had found new emails... comey said sunday, "we have not expressed in july" when the fbi said clinton's use of a private server did not warrant criminal charges. donald trump questioned whether the f-b-i had done thoroughly investigated the new emails. you cant review 650,000 new emails in eight days. you cant do it folks clinton's running mate tim kaine made three sunday stops in wisconsin... hey guys, wow, you guys are great! kaine said he wasn't surprised by the fbi's latest decision. he says he's excited by a record number of early voters in the state., but

feel like if we can succeed in wisconsin, the path for donald trump to become president is really difficult while kaine was protecting clinton's lead in wisconsin -- trump scrapped his planned rally in west allis. instead, he headed to two other states where he trails -- michigan and minnesota. critics questioned the moves. "if i don't win minnesota, i'm going to look real bad to those pundits that i do not respect very much. the reason trump has invested time trying to flip a blue state is that his path more narrow. the race has tightened since comey's initial letter nine days ago. the question is, how much damage did it do to clinton, and did today's announcement reverse any of it? live, theo keith, fox6 news. after kaine's rally-- many of his supporters headed out into milwaukee neighborhoods. they spent their sunday knocking on doors-- trying to convince anyone who's still undecided. jessica's family was supposed to stay near orlando ... about 240 miles away from the active zika transmission zone. still too close for comfort for jessica's family. i got all of the money back for everything except from the airlines. in late july ... this was the original fax we sent. she asked american airlines for a refund of the tickets ... worth about 500 dollars ... and sent them a note from her doctor. this is to certify that jessica schneider is unable to fly. but getting a refund from the airlines ... wasn't easy. three or four different times. contact 6 reached out to several airlines. american airlines ... frontier and delta ... all handle zika related refunds on a case-by-case basis. it is difficult to just have a policy and reimburse everyone who just doesnt want to go. flora fuller at bayside travel ... says airlines will generally offer

but getting any of those things ... could depend on the date of cancellation ... and whether you're traveling directly into a zika transmission zone. normally fuller would recommended travelers insurance ... but that may not work in this case. most travelers insurance do not cover zika. eventually american airlines offered jessica vouchers for her one year ... and were not transferable. me being due in february, we're not gonna go anywhere. out of options ... she turned to contact 6. i was getting absolutely no where until i contacted you guys. we reached out to the airlines ... and soon after... jessica got a call from someone at company headquarters. we apologize, this shouldn't have been an issue. we're sending an email with your vouchers you can use them however you like. these vouchers must be used within a year ... but they

there is supposed to be a standard of excellence at 1265 lombardi avenue. the packers didn't come close to it in their loss at lambeau to the colts. everybody, from ted thompson on down, better take a serious look at themselves, or this season will go down the drain. allowed some guy named jordan todman to return the opening kickoff 99 yards for a score before folks were settled in. todman also a 61 yard return. if he becomes a star, he can thank the pack for the start! it was 14-3 when aaron rodgers gave jordy nelson a chance to go up and make a play..guess he did! 26 yards; 14-10. you're feeling better until dome capers defense-which has been a sieve-injuries or otherwise the past 2 weeks..allowed a 96 yard drive before the half. andrew luck to
