lincoln around 1:45 a-m. officials say a 34-year-old woman ran out in the street and was hit by an oncoming car. the driver did stay on scene...and is cooperating with police. a 29-year-old man is recovering after being stabbed multiple times...and a 50-year-old man is in custody. police responded to incident near 6th and reservoir around 11 last night. we're told the victim is in stable condition...and police continue to investigate. greenfield police investigating an armed robbery ov speedway gas station on loomis. police believe a man and woman are responsible...and one of them showed the clerk a pistol. they are still looking for the suspects at this time. its unclear what they took from the gas station. the hit and run driver charged in the death of a five year old girl will be in milwaukee county court today. sherman liddell is scheduled for a preliminary hearing. deandra corinthios is live from the courthouse with the latest sherman liddell is being held on 100 thousand dollars bond.

felonies...and he'll be in court at 830 am. police say liddell was driving with a suspended license he hit 5 year old rickyia rick-eye-ah langham.the little girl was crossing the street in her neighborhood near fond du lac and hampton two weeks ago. she was on her way to church with her mom when an suv hit her. she died at the scene...the suv did not stop. surveillance video from a store captured the wanted vehicle...a porsche cayenne. later liddells girlfriend ...the owner of the suv ...reported her car after police investigated her claims... she admitted liddell called her and told her to report the car stolen. shes now facing charges of her own. according to the criminal complaint, liddell admitted to authorities that he was driving his girlfriend's s-u-v, when ric-kyia langham darted into the street. that's when he hit her. liddell has seven prior convictions of driving with a suspended license. reporting live in milwaukee

sexually assaulting three different women earlier this month is now facing charges. prosecutors say 21-year-old jonathan brown sexually assaulted a poll worker on election day, a woman walking home from work, and a 17- year-old girl-- all in the area near 76th and good hope. according to the criminal complaint-- brown admitted to the assaults saying he wanted to hurt women. police say he told them he was angry about his mother dying when he was 5 years old. another attack on the city's north side is still under investigation. to her bus stop near 21st and keefe sunday morning. she says a man was trying to hit on her-- and when she rejected him he punched her in the back of the head. the attacker reportedly ran away when the victim reached into her purse for a taser. she was later treated and released from the hospital. officials investigating several fatal car accidents in our area. the latest taking place in fond du lac county last night. the sheriff's department says a 23-year-old man died after a head-on collision...after one of the vehicles

three others have serious injuries. alcohol is not believed to be a factor...and the crash remains under investigation. and in bristol -- one person is dead after a serious rollover crash. it happened on 60th street a little after noon yesterday. sheriff's deputies say they're still trying to figure out why the car left the road. one person was ejected and later died. the other has been released from the hospital. waukesha county authorities are still trying to figure out what caused a fatal crash in pewaukee. was killed-- two others were hurt. the sheriff's office says beres was driving near capitol and ishnala trail early yesterday morning when her car struck a pole. the two passengers are expected to recover. we're following a developing story out of tennessee this morning. six children were killed in a bus crash yesterday. and now -- the driver of the bus is facing charges. nicole joins us with more. the school bus was carrying 35 students from woodmore

"i've been through several custody battles and i was upset. and in the situation i was in, i lashed out at someone who didn't deserve it." as you heard -- mckane says he was angry about a child custody battle and lashed out. 50-year old detective benjamin marconi was shot to death in his patrol car as he was writing a ticket in front of police headquarters sunday. a memorial has been set up outside the san antonio police station.

arrives next. apple is launching its second repair program in a week. it says it will provide a free battery replacement for customers whose i-phone six-s models have experienced an unexpected shutdown. apple says the problem impacts "a very small number" of the devices that were made between september and october last year. apple also just announced a fix for phones whose touchscreens has the issue, you can take it into an apple store and the company will replace the battery, free of charge. and new reports have surfaced that other samsung galaxy s-7 devices have burst into flames -- similar to what happened with the note-7's. in october... samsung halted production and sales of the galaxy note-7 phone after failing to correct a problem that caused the devices to explode. now, samsung is trying to reassure customers other devices in the same family are safe, despite customer complaints. in a
