morning. u-s flights to other cuban cities began in recent weeks. but visiting the island is still complicated for americans -- because u-s tourism to cuba is still illegal... travelers need to fit one of 12 "authorized travel categories" to go there... those include athletic competitions, educational research and family visits. this comes as the public remembrance of fidel castro gets underway in cuba... his remains are now lying in havaa viewing them ahead of a mass gathering tomorrow night. steve harrigan in havana with more. it's day three of cuba's official mourning period for fidel castro, and for the first time - the public is viewing his remains. thousands of cubans lining up in the plaza of the revolution.... some crying, some paying tribute to the life of cuba's longtime leader as they filed through three rooms - where posters of castro were mounted alongside flowers. alvarez says: translated "this

myra sanchick is live outside the racine county courthouse with more... this is levi ruhonen's second owi. he was cited before... in river hills in 2010. at age 25 levi ruohonen row-nan has his own home, a good job running pumps at the we energies power plant in oak creek.. but his life would change last friday.ruohonen told police he had some beers at a hockey game in wilson park, then meeting a friend at on the border strip club. a criminal complaint says ruchonen's truck rear ended a car making a turn.. near four mile road in caledonia. 39 year old kevin dalley was killed. his nine year old daughter emily was killed as well. another daughter, age 6 survived. he is in custody at the jail he is under watch by the mental health staff concerning his well being. this is a horrible horrible tragedy. the criminal complaint
