traffic map = major delays yellow on traffic map = some delays green on traffic map = no delays we are following breaking news --- a pakistan international airlines flight has crashed. the plane lost contact with air traffic control shortly after take- off . it went down in a mountainous area about 40 miles south of abbottabad uh--bot-uh-bod . witnesses say the plane was on fire before it crashed. the flight was scheduled to land in islamabad. 47 people were on board. we will continue to follow this story and bring you any updates. a milwaukee church catches fire

sanctuary seriously damaged this happened at 12th and brown deandra corinthios is live from milwaukee police district three with what we know about the investigation this happened at all saints fellowship christian church... there were no injuries....but part of the roof is gone. when our crew arrived on scene firefighters were on top of the building ....hosing down the roof. mfd responded to all saints fellowship christian church some ti fire officials say it appears the blaze started inside the building...but the cause is under investigation. it's unclear how this will impact the church's bible study scheduled for tomorrow night...or services on sunday. fire officials estimate damage to the church is about 100 thousand dollars reporting live in milwaukee dc fox6 news a man hit by a car overnight is in very critical condition. milwaukee police say the 61-year-old walked into the

by a passing car. the driver stayed on scene. the man was taken to the hospital..and we're told he has several serious injuries. police continue to investigate. and in west allis police -- investigating a hit and run crash. we're told a woman was hit near 70th and national last night...and the vehicle sped off. no word on the condition of the victim...or a description of the suspect's vehicle at this time. happening now - cudahy police are looking for a man wanted for child enticement. he was last seen yesterday afternoon on edgerton and swift avenue. police say he approached a times while she was walking home. and he made sexual comments. he's was last seen wearing a baseball hat and driving a blue or gray 4-door sedan. if you know anything call cudahy police. police are looking this man wanted for taking cash from the jimmy john's on marquette's campus last night. this surveillance video shows a man implying he has a weapon and demanding cash. he takes the money then flees on foot. milwaukee police are asking anyone who knows the

procedures when walking around at night. the racine man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed two people will be in court today. 25-year-old levi ruohonen faces several felony charges in the case.he was allegedly drunk when he got behind the wheel. prosecutors say he rear-ended kevin dalley's vehicle in caledonia. dalley and his 9-year-old daughter were both killed. his 6-year-old daughter was also injured in the crash. ruohonen's preliminary hearing is scheduled in abo wauwatosa's police department... now receiving death threats after the milwaukee county district attorney decided not to charge the officer who fatally shot jay anderson. kim's following this in the newsroom and kim - police are taking them seriously? that's right - and police are investigating their origin. meanwhile, we're getting a look at documents from the investigation. joseph mensah-- a wauwatosa police officer-- says he saw a car parked in madison park. since the park was closed, he went to investigate. this squad video

mensah told milwaukee police homicide detectives he approached the car in the park. "he observed the driver was breathing fast as if nervous or scared. mensah also says he "felt the driver was faking being asleep." the officer says anderson reached for a gun he could see on the passenger seat and that's when officer mensah fired, killing anderson. a gun with jay anderson's dna was found at the scene. fox6 has covered this case extensively. to read our past stories or to watch the officer-involved shooting -- visit fox6 now dot com or the fox6 news app. attorneys for brendan dassey... now filing new court documents... in an effort to get him home for the holidays. angelica in studio with the latest developments. his attorneys filed new paperwork... outlining why brendan dassey should be released from prison. dassey was convicted in 2007 of helping his uncle steven avery kill teresa hallbach. a district judge threw out that conviction

into confessing. the state appealed that decision - and the 7th circuit court of appeals stayed the motion. the state has two weeks to respond to yesterday's briefs from the attorneys. three arrests have been made in connection with a fox lake woman's death. 36-year-old laverne ware junior is accused of hiding a corpse. his mother and her boyfriend are accused of aiding a felon. the dodge county sheriff's office says the victim is ware junior's girlfriend. according to court do was found dead in ware junior's pick up truck and there was a lot of blood in his garage. family members described their relationship as "volatile". waukesha county has hit a milestone in the presidential recount. kn 'weve actually started the city of waukesha!' the county is now processing votes cast in the city of waukesha - thats the largest city in the county with the biggest concentration of votes. theyre ahead of schedule

ballot-counting machine arrived on monday. it can count 5-thousand ballots per hour! waukesha county will begin shorter recount hours starting tonight-- instead of processing votes from 9 a-m until midnight, they will stop at 10 tonight. meanwhile just a day after the recount started in michigan-- it may be over. a federal judge in detroit has called for a hearing today to decide whether the recount in the state should continue. a court of appeals ruled yesterday that the recount of presidential votes was unlawful, because it was requested by green party candidate not "an aggrieved candidate", and with just one percent of michigan's vote ... she has no chance of winning. stein says her aim was to validate the integrity of the process and she will keep fighting. time magazine has a new person of the year -- ahead who's on this years cover. mmm smells like chicken... details on the giveaway that's finger-lickin good. the ghost of christmas present is invading carl's live shots this morning.

finger-licking good... you gotta check out the fast food joints latest stunt. k-f-c recently gave away a scented candle during a social media competition in new zealand. more than 15-thousand people entered for the prize. the company didn't specify what the candle smells like... but the originals recipe... sadly --- the company says there are no plans to offer the candle in the u-s at this time... this isn't the first time the fast food chain's tried to cash in on its aroma. last summer, k-f-c gave away 3- thousand bottles of sunscreen that supposedly smelled like fried chicken. a new commercial is sure to warm your heart this holiday season

roof deandra corinthios has more from milwaukee police district three. investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the fire at all saints fellowship christian church... fire officials tell us they think the fire started somewhere inside. firefighters were called to the church at 12th and brown around 1 a-m it was a one alarm fire. they spent a lot of their time on the roof of the structure..hosing it down. no one was injured. officials estimate about 100 thousand dollars wort building according to the church's facebook page..they have bible study scheduled tomorrow night...and services on sunday. reporting live in milwaukee dc fox6 news new details this morning about a deadly warehouse fire in oakland, california. we are now learning a refrigerator or other appliance may have sparked the fire that killed 36 people friday night. chief teresa deloach reed: "we
