indictments, and the investigation moving forward. to see it all- download the abc-7 app. a hollywood actress, who has become one of the leading voices denouncing harvey weinstein, is now facing her own legal problems. an arrest warrant for rose mcgowan now issued in virginia. the metropolitan washington airports authority police tell us - back in january, items left on a dulles flight - belonging to mcgowan - tested positve for narcotics. mcgowan was in town for the women's march. police reached out to mcgowan - so she can appear in loudoun county court. mcgowan has been in the headlines lately as one of harvey weinstein's most vocal accusers -- saying he sexually assaulted her.

the virginia governor's race, democratic candidate ralph northam will make several campaign appearances, including one in our area. he'll kick off the day visiting children at inova children's hospital in falls church. later in the day, he'll make stops in franklin, hopewell, and richmond. in sterling, virginia.. some tense moments during a rally for republican candidate for governor, ed gillespie.. a protester interrupted the event.. demanding an immediate end to deportations. sheriff's deputies quickly escorted her out. g-o-p senator marco rubio spoke, and said gillespie is ready to work for virginians on day one. recent gillespie ads argue.. northam's support for sanctuary cities would help the growth of the m-s-13 gang. but during his speech, gillespie focused his remarks on job creation and economic growth. with just over a week to go until election day... a new poll gives northam his largest lead to date in

it's shaping up to be a not-so-great halloween for children in keshena , wisconsin.. they had to turn in all the candy they received last night during a reservation-wide trick-or-treat event. that's because a parent reported finding a bag of meth inside their child's halloween candy bag. police now want "all" the candy from that event collected.. or thrown out. police are trying to find out where the meth originated. meanwhile, the college of menominee nation will hold a trick-or-treat event on campus this evening. children who had to forfeit their candy will have another chance to get some. meanwhile-- as millions of people get ready to have some holloween treats today. parents should watch out for one snack in particular. the advisory comes from from the food and drug administration!! the f-d-a says people 40 and older should limit their black licorice intake to two ounces a day.
