authorities announced the arrest of otto warmbier on january 22nd for allegedly commiting hostile acts against the state.warmbier, a 21- year-old wyoming graduate and university of virginia undergrad, acknowledged and apologized for the alleged crime. 3 on the early morning of january 1st, 2016, i committed my crime of taking out the important political slogan from the staff-only area of the yanggakdo international hotel, aimed at harming the work ethic and the motivation of the korean people.warmbier says he was offered a used car worth ten-thousand dollars by a member of friendship united methodist church, who told him the slogan would be hung on its wall as a trophy.he also said he was told that if he was detained, 200-thousand dollars would be paid to his mother as charitable donations. warmbier says he accepted the offer because his family is suffering "severe financial

dayton ohio police are trying to find the motive behind a deadly church shooting ... witnesses say they just finished singing when 68-year-old daniel schooler went into the back office, and opened fire inside saint peters missionary baptist church.police say he shot and killed his brother.. the church's pastor, 70-year-old william schooler. 3 "i didn't realize what was going on i heard a boom and then we all ran out of the church.""i tried to stop pastor's wife from going back there but she pushed me out of the way."police say this was not a random act of violence, and believe it has something to do with a domestic dispute. members of the congregation say it could be a money issue. schooler has a history of violence.. and he's due in court today on a murder charge. 3 time/temp ...in other news ... expect to run into some road troubles if you're heading south for spring break ...a rock slide has shut down i-75 in both directions in northern tennesse. it's about 30 miles from the kentucky state line. the tennesee department of transportation says the interstate will be closed for weeks... that's so workers can

break two3 we're following the latest on a virginia police officer shot to death by a suspect.police made an arrest in the case ... investigators say an army staff segeant assigned to the pentagon is charged with murdering officer ashley guindon.ronald hamilton is accused of shooting guindon and two other officers when they responded to a domestic violence call at his home this weekend.the others are expected to recover.it was officer guindon's first day on duty.hamilton's wife crystal was shot to death before police arrived.their 11-year- old son was also home. and he's safe with relatives now. hamilton is due in court today and the county attorney says
