construction, looking good on i-95. the construction crews have cleared the scene on the turnpike westbound near willow grove looking good as you head out the door. >> new this morning, a man is in critical condition after being shot in philadelphia's port richmond section. it happened along the 3000 block of frankford avenue at 11:30. the 28-year-old victim was shot in the abdomin. he ran to a takeout beer store where he was found wounded. witnesses say the shooter fled in a tan grand marquis. police tracked down the vehicle on the 2800 block of tulip street and took two men in for questioning. they have another important piece of evidence, as well. >> the entire shooting was captured on the private surveillance cameras. the victim was shot and ran into the beer takeout store. >> so far police have not made any arrests.

financial markets in this county and overseas are sinking because of the markets in greece. they will keep all banks closed for the next 6 days. katherine scott is live in the satellite center with that story. >> reporter: the situation is so bad, people are flocking to withdraw money from the bank. so many people withdrew money from the atm the county stopped all transactions there too. this morning people will begin to use atms, but only take out 60 euros. banks will remain closed for a week. greek citizens can still use credit cards but many retailers are not accepting them. the county is riddled with debt and likely not make a large loan payment on tuesday all this is having having an impact on stock markets and loss in asia and the

twice in the torso. >> i heard a couple of gunshots and within another 30 seconds the place was flooded with police cars. >> reporter: police believe sweat was with fellow escapee richard matt until recently. both men captured in the photo taken by a trail camera on wednesday. matt was shot and killed by a border patrol team on friday. investigators retracing the men's sweat finding sweat's dna on pepper shakers at the camp revealing how they may have avoided capture for so long. >> we believe they were using pepper to throw the scent off the dogs who were tracking them. >> reporter: still, so much more for sweat to explain about their escape and weeks on the run once investigators question him at albany medical center where he was rushed last night. and sweat is listed in critical condition. doctors won't say much more about how he is doing, other than he has a few more days of

64 degrees getting up to 81, sunny and nice. >> police are looking are for two armed robbers who held up a laundromat in south philadelphia at super clean on 24th street. the suspects forced the employee into the office where they stole money nobody was hurt. a fire broke out at 6:00 p.m. in the apartment in the 2700 block of rhawn street. it took a half-hour for firefighters to get upper hand on blaze. a 2-year-old and 7-year-old and 36-year-old woman were taken to the hospital all of them suffering from smoke inhalation. happening today residents in camden will have a place to escape the heat. the city's two public pools and spray passion open for the summer season. one is located next to the north camp den community center, the other at the isabel community center. the mayor will officially declare them open at 11:00 a.m.
