delaware, we've been watching the scene from one of the traffic cameras 896 southbound all lanes are blocked because of an accident involving two tractor-trailers. we can roll that video. the first truck was carrying food products and the second truck carrying paper products, the first truck slowed down the second one didn't and rear ended the first one. there's a small fuel spill and debris all over the roadway. a lot of cleanup needs to happen in glasgow. until it does, 896 is closed. use sunset lake road or purgatory swamp road. close to elkins park very high there's a crash at new second street at church road. southbound on the blue route mid county tolls heading for the schuylkill expressway westbound watch out on the ramp we're getting reports of a chair on the ramp. once you get on the schuylkill expressway westbound there's

unleashes a beating and string of insults on a teenager. it's been viewed 1.7 million times 34,000 shares and 16,000 comments. the phones at west deptford police have not stopped ringing. police have made contact with everyone in the video. the juvenile is okay, the two are not related ascertain both are staying a-- and both are staying apart during the course of the investigation. dann cuellar went to the home of the man in the video, nobody answered. the police chief said even to trained officers this video shocked them. it took me back, i was very, very shocked to watch what appears to be an jiewrvel -- juvenile getting assaulted for no reason at all. looking at the kid he was hitting, the kid was defenseless. he should not be picking on a little kid.

>> reporter: and there are threats made on social media. the police are saying even though people are upset by seeing the video, let the authorities handle it. reporting live in west deptford, annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." new this morning, bullets shot through a jeep in camden, new jersey, injuring someone inside the vehicle. the action cam was at fairview and morgan street after the shooting. the victim is in the hospital. police don't know who shot him or why. people outside enjoying a nice afternoon nearly became the victims of reckless gunfire. a masked man opened fire on two men sitting on a porch at 55th and regent street. one of the men fired back, annie bryant said her great grandchildren were down the street riding bikes. bullets ripped through the basketball hoops. they were playing basketball. our children are out here all day everyday and to come

home to this, it's not fair. detectives say one of the gunman was critically injured and flagged down an officer for help. they are working to identify the other person involved. 5:36 an urgent manhunt continues for the surviving brussels bomber. authorities identified three suicide bombers for three suicide bombers at the brussels subway. one of the bombers which is on the left. a 4th suspect was filmed and is called the man in white. he is believed to be alive. 30 people were killed in the attack, and a number of people are missing including. i want to know he is okay, not seeing him again, and his family will see him again. european security and justice ministers will hold an emergency meeting in brussels
