we have an accident in norristown at penn street. an accident in limerick, township line road at 10th avenue. debris on the turnpike partially blocking the ramp of the turnpike northbound at 168. fire damaged a home in west oak lane section. the flames broke out on north 23rd street at 11:00 p.m. they started in the basement and spread to the first floor. the red cross is assist ten people with temporary shelter. a man who barricaded himself inside a north philadelphia home sure rendered to police. investigators say the 19-year-old fired shots at the home of his girlfriend's family on the 3400 block of north 16th street. there were five adults and three small children in the home at the time, but nobody was hurt. the man thread to a home on the 3300 block of smedley street. he sure -- surrendered at

near packer avenue. someone said shots were fired and that resulted in a stampede toward the exit. the crowd was made up mostly of teenagers. no reports of injuries and no arrests made so far. an autopsy is scheduled today for the man who was killed in a crash in south white hall township lehigh county. thunderstorms say the 79-year-old lost control of his pick up truck 309 anticipate kunesville road. he crashed into a telephone pole before hitting a building. police arrested a man who was wanted in two states during a traffic stop in delaware. police in smyrna pulled over the man after they spotted the woman trying to get out of the passenger side of his car while it was moving late friday night. officers say they found marijuana and illegal prescription drugs in the vehicle. dover police department wanted him for shoplifting charges. the delaware county sheriff's office wanted him for failing to appear for trial on drug dealing

women in the past few weeks. annie mccormick is live in upper darby with the story. >> reporter: matt, that 17-year-old victim was looking for her keys while standings in front of her home on saturday night when the suspect grabbed her from behind. the suspect had no idea that her uncle and father were about to spring into action. this is the man police say is responsible for a string of around robberies. sultan akbar-abdullah did not count on his next victim and her family taking him down when he allegedly tried to grab her and rob her at knifepoint. her uncle jumped into action. he showed us his injuries up close, scratches to his neck and face and shallow stab wound to the shoulder. he grabbed sultan akbar-abdullah in the nearby alley and held him
