manhattan. no word on what started the fire. in north carolina a special session is still underway at this hour aimed at repealing the state's controversial bathroom bill. also known as house bill 2, that law main dates that everyone in the state of north carolina including transgender people use the bathroom that correlates with the biological sex that correlates with their birth certificate. it's led by out going governor, pat mccrory and comes on appeal of charlotte's city council. they voted to rescind their lgbt ordinance that prompted the state bill. >> people are living in terror, trans people don't feel like they can use the restroom or be in public without fear. and lgbt people are also concerned and female discriminated against and everybody feels like our reputation is tarnished.

of a toyota camera and he was pronounced dead there, the car was running when the shots were fired. well, we learned about the person killed in a terrible crash in buck county last night was a 22-year-old female from the area, her identity however has not been formerly released by police. this happened around 8:00 last night on river road in croydon, a white gmc jimmy and nissan sent ra were going in opposite directions and the second victim a man in his 50s was treat ford moderate injuries and the cause of this crash is undetermined. the search is on for three suspects following a robbery at a crown fried chicken in center city. this happened sunday december 18th at the restaurant on the 1100 block of filbert street. police say at 1:30 the three men
took his wallet and fled the scene, anyone with information on who the suspects may be are asked to call police. >> he was the oldest living resident in hatfield, pennsylvania. bill mahr was 108 years old and army veteran that sadly died over the weekend. he caught the nation's attention when he was called to the white house by president obama on veteraned day. he almost didn't make it out of childhood at the age of 2, the doctor accidentally cut part of his tongue and throat leaving him with a speech impediment. he survived until sunday. he left behind many friends that never stopped thanking him for his service. >> that was a great story. i remember doing that story.

a powerful explosion ripped through a fireworks market in mexico city yesterday. some 50 people are still hospitalized. prosecutors say that the death toll could rise as well with at least a dozen people still missing, the third explosion to ravage the market since 2005 this happened just before christmas and the new year and they are vowing to contained out who is responsible. and robert durst is due in court for a hearing on documents seized in the murder case against him. is he accused of killing susan berman. and was arrested on murder charges in 1015 a day before the final episode of the hbo documentary focused on the 1982 disappearance of his first wife. and getting pulled of by police can be stressful.
