believe especially when you look at the septa bus which we'll show you in just a minute. the 29-year-old driver suffered minor injuries he is in the hospital. luckily no passengers were on board. this is underneath the bus, they have made a lot of progress within just the half-hour, already with the help of this vehicle right here, they have attached a wire to the bus and they pulled it several feet. now they are working on trying to also move the guardrail that was knocked over and seems to be in the way of the septa bus, this vehicle is now pulling away another foe truck has also arrived on the scene, a specific septa tow truck one that is used to dealing with large vehicles like buses and other forms of transit that they need to take care of. right now i do want to show you, which you can will zoom in on the blinking light at the end. that's the end of the septa bus right there on the bottom.

you can see the metal that looks like an accordian that the septa driver hit going over the guardrail into the median. appears the septa driver was heading eastbound when the accident happened. a lot of ice on the road and a lot of snow. too early to tell in the vehicles if that was a factor. this happened 3:45 a.m. in the westbound lanes, woodhaven near knights road, luckily no passengers on board. we have not gotten a timeline from septa officials or philadelphia police, as you can see they are working to move this. they will try to pull this out again, if they can get past the metal barrier. you are hearing cars whiz by because we're on the on-ramp to woodhaven road on millbrook. this is the one you take on

millbrook. that enters past with the accident happens, so you can can enter that way, for now, all eastbound lanes blocked, it will take at least another hour to an hour and a half to get the septa bus out of the way. back to you. >> a train hit a pedestrian in north philadelphia at broad street at 11:00 p.m. police were on the scene and would not release the victim's condition or what they were doing on the tracks. a man walked up to a person in north philadelphia and shot him in the leg. the victim is in the hospital, no word on the shooter or on what triggered this violence. 5 5:00 a.m., the -- 5:35 a.m., dangerous cold has led to delays and closings. him mostly in south jersey, but it could be icy everywhere.

what time? let's take a look. by 4:00 p.m. we're probably dry, anytime after 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. i'll be careful of this. you start to see rain on your windshield out in reading by 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., slow it down, that is likely freezing rain which is dangerous type of rain for drivers. it's across the lehigh valley, northern bucks and montco and northern chester, the northern and western suburbs, 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., freezing rain. it will look like rain, but it will be freezing up and turning to ice on road surfaces. this could be a problem for you. then as we go later into the evening, warm front gets past us and temperatures rise and we change over to straight rain. by 10:00 p.m., we should be better off. some of the rain might filter through the region and be around for the morning rush hour on wednesday. today, 27 degrees, dry and cold not as winds at yesterday.

5:45 a.m., we're following this septa bus crash that really could have been a lot worse. the action cam is live where this happened along woodhaven road in northeast philadelphia. crews are on the scene preparing to get the bus back on its wheels. the driver somehow was not strapped in and thrown from the
