30 bypass as an alternate. >> a man was outside working on his car with friends when a gunman came up behind him and shot and killed him. it happened in the west oak lane section yesterday evening and police are hunting for the killer this morning. annie mccormick is live at police headquarters with the full story, annie. >> reporter: police are pretty sure that the victim was intended target in the case. when police arrived he was unconscious they rushed him to einstein where he was pronounced dead minutes after he arrived. this is video from the scene. this is happened 5:30 p.m. in west oak lane. witnesses described the victim as a sitting duck he was sitting working on his car. he jacked up his vehicle to change the brakes. the shooter came out of the nowhere and fired multiple shots hitting the 26-year-old victim

detects gunshots. police transported a 19-year-old and 24-year-old and 36-year-old to the hospital. police say all of the victims are in stable condition, but they have no details on the shooter. marple township police have arrested a suspected carjacker and weighing charges against a couple for leaving their child alone in an unlocked suv. police say the parents left the suv open and running while they went to a bakery and wawa. 22-year-old took advantage of the moment jumping into the vehicle and taking off with the couple's one-year-old daughter in the back seat. police tracked down the suv and the child was unharmed. with the suspect in custody police are turning their attention to the parents. >> as a cop and a parent myself, i think no parent needs to be a made aware of this, kids in the car are your number one responsibility no matter what. >> the parents could face a

there's another sprinkle or shower coming out of the north in the evening hours. the big story will be the numbers, 53 degrees by 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m., 57. 64 degrees by 3:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. we're holding on to the low 60s in philadelphia. high temperatures impressive just about everywhere. 57 in allentown. 58 in reading, low 60s in trenton and wilmington. there's the 64 in philadelphia. as you get closer to the shore, it's the mid to upper 50s, even those numbers are not bad. it will be breezy today, but obviously mild. by the way shy of records, i know that says tomorrow, i meant to change that to today. philadelphia will miss. allentown, 3 off the record. wilmington a degree off the record. same thing at the airport in atlantic city a couple of spots might challenge record highs today. tomorrow, things change.

great. >> in the midwest, icy. this is what happens. new this morning, icy conditions may have caused a plane carrying the miami heat to skid on the runway. it happened at milwaukee international airport last night. the plane stayed on the pavement, nobody was hurt. the heat tweeted shortly afterwards saying everybody made it safely off the plane. police officers in wisconsin said they were forced to shoot a man who was attacking them with a logging chain. investigators just released the video of the attack from last month. officers said they tried to get him to drop the heavy chain, but he kept swinging at them, hitting the police dog in the process. police shot the 37-year-old ex-con. else facing a number of charges including one relating to the
