at a slightly rainy accuweather forecast and matt pelman has your traffic. good morning. >> it's a dreary day today. we'll have periods of rain all day but the morning concern is for freezing rain. the national weather service has this freezing rain advisory listed for lehigh berks northampton counties and that's until 10 o'clock in the morning but up in the poconos it doesn't expire until 7 o'clock tonight. and that's because of icy spots in the area. satellite6 and action radar showing at this point we just have some light showers moving in. the heavier rain is going to come in later today. but let's go right to double scan because we can see you have to go northwest of reading at this pointer to see any of the icing. that's the area of plow that wblue thatwe get. but the concern is as temperatures drop in the lehigh valley and as we can see these showers move in, we may see more icing spots a bit widespread so watching for there up in the lehigh valley and the poconos. but we can see we have some showers down in south jersey right now. those roads are going to be a little bit more wet in millville n-salem and temperatures well above
freezing so it is going to be just wet everywhere else except for the lehigh valley and the poconos. forty four pottstown. we expect these temperatures to dip just a little bit more and that's why we could see some freezing rain there but it was 39 in the city, it's 36 in hammonton, 38 in dover, delaware. milder air moving in but it's a dreary day with periods of rain. the heaviest looks to be in the afternoon and evening. the high today of 45 degrees. i'll show you when this rain really hits us in future tracker6 with that seven-day forecast in just a couple minutes, matt. >> we're wary of that precipitation far to the north and west this morning, karen, but for now it's dry as a bone here in center city along the vine street expressway. and there was no overnight construction closure so you're good to go as you cross town on the vine. headed tout 95 there was overnight construction here close to the betsy ross bridge in both directions but the crews have cleared out so all lanes are opened and ready for you along 95. no big issues so far along the roosevelt boulevard, schuylkill expressway or i476, the blue route but on 476 the northeast extension a car ran
out of gas on the northbound side about 2 miles approaching the lansdale interchange so he's in the right lane coming northbound of mid-county watch out for that dv in the right lane on the northeast extension. on the east west turnpike westbound in bucks county there's still some construction taking out the left lane between delaware valley and bensalem as you come in from new jersey. also had extra overnight work in delaware along 95 and some of the ramps that connect it with 141 but those crews cleared out. ing over is opened for you in the first state and ready along 95, 495, 295 and route one and we're back to normal schedules today across-the-board on mass transit. had some abnormalities yesterday because of the mlk holiday but so far this morning back to normal and on time on this tuesday. tam and nydia. >> all right, thank you, matt. breaking this morning a fight between a manager and a guard had been simmering for awhile at a germantown bar. overnight it erupted with
