>> reporter: we have a live look at i-95, this morning it's nice and quiet with no somebody -- southbound delays heading toward center city. the vine street is open, no overnight construction it is not scheduled to close weekend, good to go as you cross town on 676 the vine. no issues on the i-95 the boulevard, the blue route with speeds in the 50s. we have a sinkhole from late last week in kensington, clearfield street blocked near kensington allegheny alternate. 202 traffic is moving fine in both directions, out and about in south jersey in camden county, so far so good as you come north from turnersville, blackwood, deptford heading toward the walt whitman bridge. no issues so far on this monday morning. >> thank you matt. there's questions about a brutal shooting in west

philadelphia. someone fired swo a -- car killing a man and shooting a teenager in the face, annie mccormick is live from children's hospital in philadelphia, that's where the teen was taken, she picks the story up from there, good morning, anney. >> reporter: good morning, tam, the 14-year-old remains at the children's hospital in philadelphia currently listed in critical condition after police say he was shot in the face. take a look at the video. this is video from the scene yesterday afternoon this all unfolded in the 8100 block of lions avenue around 2:30 p.m. there was a 20-year-old shot in the vehicle who was rushed to penn presbyterian hospital and pronounced dead. the 14-year-old survived the shooting and was rushed to chop. bullet holes found is he scene. police believe the two tried driving away from the shooter or shooters and crashed into a utility pole. gunshots covered the car there.

neighbors sounded off how the neighborhood is changing and hoping that will come forward with information. >> it's a forgotten neighborhood. thisthis was a viable neighborhi was raised in this neighborhood. >> now, children don't have anything to do this is very sad. >> reporter: no named suspects, police are working to gather surveillance video from the area are they are hoping that more witnesses come forward. since there is a homicide linked to this, involved with this, the 20-year-old that was killed there is a reward for information leading to an arrest. they are hoping that the information will help solved who shot this 14-year-old. reporting live outside children's hospital, annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." back to you. >> new this morning, crews this morning have cleared a crash involving a car and flat bed truck in cherry hill, new

jersey, at crescent road and brace road. one person inside the car was injured. investigators are looking into what caused the crash. gunfire in a atlantic neighborhood left a man dead. police were called to south rhode island avenue at 10:00 p.m. for reports of gunfire. when they arrived they found the shooting victim in the street. he was pronounced at the scene. police have not released information about a motive or suspect. it is 5 5:05 a.m., hundreds of nurses will protest unfair labor policy outside the hospital in drexel hill. the strike started yesterday and it includes 400 employees. picketers are sending a message about unfair labor practices.

the union has been negotiating with the hospital in the hopes of hiring more staff. >> we're out here for all of us, this is about patient care, well no longer stand for theant. >> >> he was once new jersey attorney general david samson has pleaded guilty for pressuring the port of new jersey to open up flights to south carolina. the 777-year-old could be sentenced to two years in prison, but he could have the possibility of probation. >> what do you say we warm things up around here, david.

weekend, hopefully you had a good weekend nonetheless, i was down the shore, the wind was whipping down there. coming out of burbs we are not dealing with traffic troubles at least. this is route 1 pennsylvania avenue off the trenton morrisville bridge. one of the toll lanes is closed for work. that could giving us issues especially with people avoiding the turnpike connector bridge and using route 1 as a result. elsewhere in bucks county water main installation getting underway 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. the flaggers will be out along second street pike, davisville road is the way to get around. somerton, tomlin road eastbound is closed through friday for
