we've got fire crews, ambulance on the scene. they arrived on the eastbound schuylkill and at times have been blocking all lanes on the eastbound schuylkill. so, you have westbound and eastbound schuylkill mostly blocked. they're allowing one lane to get by at times, allowing some of that stuck traffic to get through. it's all happening on the schuylkill expressway at university avenue. now, since we showed you this shot, we've watched they've moved away at least one of the vehicles. it was a multi-vehicle accident on the schuylkill westbound at university. we showed it to you even before police could arrive at the scene. they were stuck in the backlog with the accident. now you see police are arriving but more emergency crews had to come to the eastbound side 'cause the westbound was so jammed. so, they come on the eastbound side. now they're blocking most lanes in the eastbound. they're at times letting this right lane get by but you can see we're jammed in both directions. police, ambulance, we have a tow truck on the scene, kind of hard to see, it's right here, tow truck on the scene as well all happening on the schuylkill expressway at
