satellite shows you that to you. cloud cover thick to start out the day, swell foggy. 44 degrees in philadelphia. the numbers are cool, but good for this time of the year considering some of these are close to the average highs. 43 in allentown. 43 in reading. 43 in trenton. 45 in wilmington, 47 in millville. 43 in cape may. we're down to a third of in atlantic city, wildwood, dover, delaware, allentown and the poconos. allentown we were down to zero visibility which is thick dense fog, you might find that in spots around the region. be careful of fog in the way in, if it's thick slow it down. 46 degrees by 9:00. 49 by 11:00 these are better numbers than what we had over the weekend. 3:00 p.m., we expect a high of 53. notice how we get into the afternoon we'll see sunshine coming back, tomorrow looks very bright. there's an end of the week storm

in the past ten minutes, police say the second victim in the deadly shooting has died. jeanette reyes is live from the scene on west oak street with the latest details. georgia net. good morning, we confirmed just a new minutes ago like you said two men are dead in a double homicide. police have cleared the scene after towing away the vehicle that police are focused on as evidence. chain street near west oak in norristown. two men are dead, one pronounced dead inside the car, the passengers door was found open. the vehicle left in the middle of the street. the second person was rushed to the hospital, we are told that person was in critical condition, extremely critical condition, again, just a few minutes ago we confirmed that person is dead. now, the gunman is on the run this morning. this investigation, of course, very much underway, we'll let you know as soon as we get additional information.

reporting live in norristown, jeanette reyes channel 6 "action news." matt. >> thank you, jennette. a giant pothole in northern liberties is catching drivers by surprise. the hole is big enough to do a bit of damage. >> okay they just bottomed out. >> drivers who can not avoid the hole hope the city will put up a cone or sign to alert drivers. elijah thomas said the pothole cracked his front bumper. >> this pothole has to be filled. >> reporter: the city said it is aware of the pothole but didn't say when they will fill it. the city streets department said last week, said last week that crews have repaired 18,000 potholes since january 1. the city reminds people to notify them of potholes so they can respond. we have the info you need to

determine if state government employees in illinois have to pay the union for representing them in collective bargaining. conservative groups arguing the first first time keeps governments workers from having to pay anything. labor leaders agree that it is an effort to diminish the protection that union provide to their members. state senator dalyn leech dropped his bit for run. in facebook post on saturday night, he announced he was endinged campaign citing attacks against his family. he said the decision was because of how unappealing congress has become. he has been in the government since 2003. >> what a soggy day.

us today. the cloud cover will be with us in the morning we expect sunny breaks and lots of sun tomorrow. in the lehigh valley, breezy, 52 degrees, temperatures are above average by 5, 6 degrees, down the shore, 53. clouds and sun, a bit breezy there, as well. philadelphia, we'll go clouds sunshine, a bit breezy, high of 53 degrees which is better than the weekend. wind out of the northwest 8 to 16 miles per hour. overnight tonight, we'll clear out, winds will die down, that combination is going to allow temperatures to drop. 34 is the low in philadelphia. as you step outside tomorrow morning in the suburbs, 30 it will be noticeably cold tomorrow. as you look at the west and southwest you see milder air in atlanta and memphis for the most part, raleigh. it looks like we'll draw the air from the southwest you'll see moderating temperatures getting up to 60 by wednesday. later in the week we'll be looking out for another

the building were evacuate as a precaution. the four people are in the hospital and no word on why it happened. there's no indication that this event is terror related. heart stopper for a young family an out-of-control car slammed into a home in southern california landing right in the toddler's bedroom turning his crib in match sticks. surveillance video shows the vehicle hitting a curb slipping and sliding into the home on saturday night, marie has carried the little boy frommed room r into the living room. the driver county passenger that crashed into the home were not serious injured. flyers are on fire, they take on the canadian tonight. the trade deadline is at 3:00 a.m. sixers struggled to outscore the washington wizards.
