wednesday as a cold front moves . temperatures will fall from the mid 40s to the mid 30s on wednesday. new details-- hampton police say calls to crime line led them to a man wanted in a carjacking earlier this month. police arrested 25-year-old james drew. investigators say about two weeks ago-- drew carjacked a man on michigan drive. that man wasnt hurt. police say your calls to the crime line helped them track down the carjacker. hes now facing several charges. new at noon:

robbery. this was at the hop-n-shop convenience store just before 11 last night on take a good look at this very clear video. you can see the guy with a gun demanding money from workers there. we )re told he got some crash and ran away. no one inside was hurt, but police want to find this guy -- if you recognize him, take action against crime and call the crime line. crime in poquoson. police are looking for the person that robbed a langley federal credit union. it happened yesterday afternoon around one-30 on wythe creek road. police say a man entered the bank and handed a note to the teller demanding cash. after the guy got the money-- he took off in a dark four door car. no one was hurt. if you know anything that might help police catch this robber-- take action and call the crime line. three homes-- in three different cities-- caught fire over night. the first happened in chesapeake-- crews were called to woodland drive and reef knot court just after midnight last

when they got there-- they engulfed in flames. officials say they were able to an hour. no one was hurt-- but to figure out how it started. and in virginia beach-- a home caught fire just before three this morning on glenfield court-- that )s in the first colonial estates area. officials say the fire started in a second floor bedroom. firefighters say they were able to keep the flames from of smoke damage. two people breathed in too much smoke, but they did not go to the hospital. and wrapping up in norfolk-- where an attic in a two-story home caught fire. it happened around three-30 on westminister avenue. we )re told crews had it out pretty quickly. one man was in the home at the time-- but he did make it out safely. fire officials say bad electrical wiring is the reason for the blaze. they say they home also did not have working smoke detectors. breaking news breaking news right now from san diego -- where there is an active shooter at the navy hospital there. that )s according to the center s

twice... the study finds chemicals in some polishes can leach into your body. researchers tested women for signs of the common chemical known as t-p-h-p -- it s used as a flame retardant and a hardener in plastics. every woman had elevated levels after they painted their nails. t-p-h-p can interfere with normal hormone functions-- and it )s found in most nail polishes but many don )t list it on the label. when it comes to treating heart disease-- doctors may be providing better care for men than for women. the american heart association says heart disease in women remains both under- diagnosed and undertreated, especially for african americans. the group says women )s heart attacks may have different causes and symptoms than men s. sprint is in the process of cutting 25 hundred jobs. that )s eight percent of its workforce. it )s part of a plan to cut two and a half billion dollars from its

once the employee opened the register-- the robber implied he had a weapon and demanded money. after the guy got the cash-- he took off. no one was hurt. if you know anything about this man-- call the crime line at 1-888-lock-u-up. more than six million bottles of water are being sent to students hit by the flint water crisis. the bottles donated by walmart, coke, pepsi and nestle will provide flint )s 10- thousand students with clean water throughout 20-16 flint gained national attention after their tap water was found to be contaminated with toxic levels of lead. state and federal officials have struggled to provide clean water for residents. president barack obama will be proposing new legislation that will help more americans save for retirement. officials think the plan will give 30 million more americans access to retirement savings. the president s ideas will be outlined in the 20-17 budget which he will submit to congress in february. his ideas include-- offering tax credits to small businesses that enroll employees in retirement
