new this morning.. police are investigating a deadly crash on milwaukee's west side. two men were thrown from a car when the driver lost control and hit a pole on wisconsin avenue. a third man was found inside the car.one of the men died.. the other two were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. also new.. flight for life rescued involved in a violent crash.a driver slammed into another car after it ran a red light on highway 57 in plymouth. flight for life transported two people.several other were taken by ambulance. their conditions are not yet known. two people are seriously hurt after a motorcycle crash near fond du lac and walnut this morning. police say a man and woman were riding southeast on fond du lac when the driver lost control and hit the

thrown from the motorcycle and were taken to a nearby also new this morning.. milwaukee police are looking for suspects in two separate shootings. a 27-year-old man was shot at 27th and burleigh just before 10 last night. he told police two people were fighting when someone pulled a gun and started shooting. he is expected to survive. the other shooting was at 42nd and sheridan. 26-year-old man who had been shot. he told police he was driving in the area when someone pulled up beside him and fired several shots into his vehicle. he was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. the search continues for a man who police say followed an uber driver and shot at him as he was picking up passengers on the east side. police say it was a case of road rage. multiple shots were fired.. shattering the uber's back

"expected to have a good fishing trip things went bad." jordan lavine was one of 21 passengers onboard the invicta for a fishing trip near the coronado islands. 5 crew members were onboard too- about 5am the boat crashed into some rocks(jordan lavine,passenger) " it was like running into s brick wall got a 70 foot boat running into an island it's pretty crazy.:a call went into the coast guard.. as the 64 foot sportfishing vessel began taking on water.. the crew deployed life rafts .. this man says the fear began to sink in"after leaving the boat getting in the life right this boat is going down were on our own now."an urgent broadcast went out to other boats in the area.. the coast guard launched its helicopter and contacted mexican authorities to get permission to enter their waters .. fortunately the boat the sweet marie was nearby -- and stepped to help.. here's video shot by the coast guard of those passengers onboard the sweet marie..hadn't responded we would be very different situationhere's the invicta in pieces ..from the sweet marie, passengers were transferred to w coast guard vessel-- cell phone video shows being brought on boardone person suffered a minor back injury...but everyone else was ok..they were brought to the

new details in the death of a missing boy from minnesota that made national that made national headlines 27 years ago. his remains were just found by detectives. here's kate raddatz with what investigators are saying. parents stopping by the st. joe meat market remembered a time when kids used to play outside until the late hours. los angeles is now home to the tallest building west of the mississippi river.the new building stands 11-hundred feet above the streets of l-a. it towers over the next tallest building -- the u-s bank tower -- by more than 90 feet. the tower is expected to open in march 2017. five stranded spinner dolphins are rescued near florida. rescue officials believe hurricane hermine may have pushed the dolphins from their normal deepwater habitats. a request has been made to the state fish and wildlife conservation to conduct a search for more dolphins this morning. in case you missed it.. the northern lights put on a show over finland on friday. a photographer captured these stunning images of the aurora borealis, some 18 miles from

police are looking for suspects in two separate shootings. a 27-year-old man was shot at 27th and burleigh just before 10 last night. he told police two people were fighting when someone pulled a gun and started shooting. he is expected to survive. the other shooting was at 42nd and sheridan. officers found a 26-year-old man who had been shot. he told police he was driving in the area when someone pulled up beside him and fired several shots into his vehicle. he was treated on scene.. hospital. his injuries aren't life threatening. the search continues for a man who police say followed an uber driver and shot at him as he was picking up passengers on the east side. police say it was a case of road rage. multiple shots were fired.. shattering the uber's back window. people who live in the area are feeling uneasy. a man in san diego is being called a hero for his quick action during a fishing trip. twenty-six lives were saved as a result. here's kelly hessdel with more.
