on the accident. the brown deer police officer charged with ng ashootiman earlier this year was back in court day. officer devon kraemer "waived" her right to a prelimiary hearing. that means her case will go to trial. she'll be back in court later this month. that's when she will formally hear the charges against her. kraemer is asscused of shooting a man who was being handcuffed on the ground. that man survived the shooting. decision 2016 coverage now. the election is five days away. thousands of people in lw ben jordan is live with the latest numbers on the early turn-out. as of yesterday 38-thousand people have shown up at early voting sites to cast their ballots. that's already up a couple thousand from 2012. the city says the big difference this year is having more options. this year there are three early voting sites. the midtown center on the north side, has drawn about half of the in-person early

municipal building in downtown and the forest home library on the soside. mayor tom barrett says the city elections committee estimates around 50,000 in-person absentee votes by the end of satu.
